I debated posting this because we frequent JFL often, and the JFL team is so awesome. Ultimately, I felt the need to share so other people don't have the unfortunate experience that I had. Ordered my usual wrap yesterday, upon getting my order, I opened it up to add the dressing, and behold a GIANT bug, I assume a roach, in the wrap, wings and all. (Not what I meant when I said extra protein) After the initial shock, and dry heaving for a few moments, I called, and they refunded my order. A refund is great, but what I really need now is therapy. The team is great, and I still love you JFL, it's nothing personal, but please do better.
This place used to have bomb food. A couple of weeks ago I got a Nikki Pikki wrap and it was always delicious but last time I got it, the chicken didn’t taste good at all (dry with no taste and the wrap was full of chicken) Today i wanted to try something different and I got a salmon glazed bowl and the fish smelled and was super dry. It didn’t taste fresh, the quality wasn’t good. I don’t think I’ll be getting food here anymore. Besides the food everything else like their smoothies are good
First time ordering from here thru UberEats. It was very good i got the ho ho hungry wrap and added a few things and it was yummy. I got the mambo passion smoothie too it was very yummy. I wanted a cookie but it wasn't super discriptive on Uber eats so i called and asked what flavors they had, the first person put me on hold and then it switched to another person but she was able to answer my question! overall it was good would order again
