Staple diner in the neighborhood for over 20+yrs. Can't go wrong with this diner. Friendly staff & menu caters to vegetarian & dietary restrictions.
The reason about my only one star is the horrible service ! First time there with a party of 9 … we were waiting for about 20 min to bring us coffee, although other more tables were served … our waiter (Antonio) unprofessional service … we won’t definitely come back …I did not receive an apology from the waiter or the owner….. after that we got chance from that waiter to the nice waitress…. My star is for her ..
The service is awful not the same as a couple of years ago. The only one who is very professional and courteous is a tall lady long curly hair, who’s always polite and gentle . The other male staff totally do not know how to treat costumers I don’t understand how they have job with the nasty and rude actitud. Today it was my last time here I feel sorry for the owner I don’t know why they have staff like these treating bad the costumers. Just remember with out costumers no business and not job for these nasty male waitress and the cashier her actitud made people thinking I stay in this place or better leave if she is not happy there she should leave she deserves a 0 like the male.staff
The food is great if you dine in. Otherwise, you risk missing items when ordering through a delivery app. I’ve ordered a cheeseburger twice, and both times I was missing fries, lettuce and tomatoes.If you’re not going to include the items, don’t claim that the order comes with it. So stupid I have to contact support and possibly risk my reputation on the app due to the restaurant’s incompetence.

Great breakfast have been going there for years but since the pandemic i ordered through seemless a lot and 90% of the time i am either missing an order or its totally different than what i ordered. First 2 or 3 times i let it go but this weekend i didnt and called the store letting them know the order i put in wasnt right. The guy on the phone (wasnt the owner) said to me this is what he has. I explai ed to him i get what you see because i see it on my end too but that isnt what i asked for. Must be a glitch with seemless or somethi g but the guy said its too late. I told him app says order hasnt left yet. The guy tells me driver is alreadyhere... told that guy no problem... this will be the last time i order with jahns.

The other male staff totally ignore when you are by yourself and it takes longs minutes to refill your cup of coffee. Today it was my last attempt to have this place - which is located right in the corner of my house - as a place to call home . The Indian restaurants around treat you better and that’s why I will start spending my money with a better service .
Always a good dining experience. got a burger and its my fave thing there. Basic, i know but its what i like about diners and they did good.
