We visited NY and stayed at Hilton/midtown. It took us almost an hour to come to Jaew Hon in Queens. What I have to say is that it was worth it!! The restaurant was on the second floor. It had so many options on the menu to order. This restaurant is a buffet with time limit for 90 mins. We were here on Sunday at 6.45pm and it was not too busy. The food came out a lot on each order. I usually eat a lot,but couldn't order the second round. ☺
Thai Hot Pot is pretty awesome.
I love hot pot so all you can eat is always a plus, great decorations and atmosphere but the place is very small, not a lot of food options, . unfortunately when I went it was really crowded, it was hard to get pass by whether to bathroom or get food.
unique Thai hotpot restaurant with a good vibe. It's AYCE. Be sure to try their garlic fried rice, its absolutely buttery and delicious. There are three dipping sauces, one is vegetarian, all spicy and delicious. The broths are tom yum (tom zap), or sweet and sour (bean curd). Beef slices were delicious. Definitely check it out! Loved the brothm
All you can eat! Located on the second floor. Food are fresh. I don’t know if this is traditional Thai hot pot but full houses means good for the public.Although this is all you can eat, only one run food make me so full. ? lol ?
Much better and fresher than all the other AYCE hotpots
The food, portion and broths are really good. The garlic rice is the BEST. The service is great as well. However, i remember when I first started to come here, it was $17.99. Within 2 years it has increased to $29.99. The price increase hasnt come with an increase of available items. The veggie selection is decent but lacking basic staples. The meat quality is better at other hotpot places that around the same price with a bigger selection. Another draw back is that there are only 3 sauce selections and theyre not personalized. Its makes more sense to go to Spring Shabu Shabu. 99 Flavors or Yasaiya Shabu Shabu for the price and selection of more sides. I only come here if i have an extreme craving for Thai Hotpot. For the money, its best to go elsewhere.
Pleasant atmosphere; lots of choices for food items, especially the veggies accommodated with tasty dipping sauces and awesome beverages. Definitely my frequent
Authentic Thai hotpot. All you can eat. Meat is fresh, but you can expect high fat. You can choose types of soup you like. Cash only.
Really yummy Thai AYCE hot pot. Basic meat, poultry, seafood and veggie selection BUT LARGE portions. Had we known, we probably would have edited some items. The dipping sauces they provide are spicy and delicious! Will be back for more
