Amazing food and phenomenal service. I loved my cheesesteak and the empanadas were perfect - hot, crispy, and delicious. The brownie was fudgey and so good. The Mac and cheese was very cheesy and a perfect combo for hot sauce. The staff was so sweet and generous, they even threw in a free drink! Looking forward to coming back here soon!
First time going to this restaurant and I must say the Philly cheese steak was amazing taste soo good !!
Hands down from my experience this place has the best cheesesteaks. So flavorful and mouth watering. Besides the cheese steaks all around their other dishes on their menu are delicious as well. I highly recommend.
Best cheesesteak I have ever eaten!! I come all the way from Jersey just to get food from here. Staff is polite and friendly. I highly recommend!!!

For those who have experienced Chubbys, Sunny’s, Dalessandro's Steaks or my personal favorite, Jim’s on south street, Izzies Cheesestakes is ABSOLUTELY a reasonable facsimile of our favorites in Phila. For those who do not have a lot of experience with authentic cheesesteaks other than Charlie’s at the mall, I do suggest you order onsite or for pick-up and eat right away. You’ll avoid some of the complaining reviews about the bread being soggy and/or the sandwich is not hot enough. Also, understand that different establishments prepare their meats differently. Some places chop the steak more…some chop less for larger pieces. Some use leaner meat, while others- you’ll need to grab about 100 napkins for the grease. Izzies chops their meat to more of a ground beef finish. My Order (cheesesteak -with (grilled onions) and provolone) was hot and had the right about amount of cheese and onions and seasoning. Meat grease level was about medium - not paper wrapper becomes translucent after eating greasy, which is how my daughter likes hers. They actually put more meat than I prefer, but most people will like it that way. Will definitely come back when I have a hankering for a cheesesteak - it’s a lot closer than traveling to Phila! NOTE I cannot comment on the fries as I’m usually an all killer no filler guy when it comes to my cheesesteaks. Will try more items next time.
I had only gotten cheesesteaks there and they are the best I've had in NYC and Philly. But I got the pasta bowl with chicken and it was excellent too. Great customer service also.
Simply wonderful steaks and very true to actual Philly steaks. If you’re looking for a wiz oozing steak this is one of the only joints in the whole island in which I’ve found actual wiz. Sides are whatever, but there’s no real need of em. Delicious, hit this spot if you’re down to pay an elevated price for food that really deserves it. Will come again and again and hope not to get extremely fat in the process.
