Been here twice, and both times it took forever. Last time took 45 min to get a cheesesteak. Unfortunately do not recommend
The food is impeccable ! I’ve tried almost every item on the menu and each time it’s as if im tasting it for the first time ! The customer service is amazing and super fast service .
This place is disgusting , super expensive , small portions and their cheesesteak is a joke , a disgusting meat paste rather than chopped real meat , avoid this place
Don't Let this place fool you. It looks like a Delivery Warehouse as some people are saying, But what's inside is an Amazing Gem full of a variety of cuisines. With more than 40 kitchens you find what your palate enjoys..I found my favorite IZZIE's they make one of the Best Philly Cheesesteaks I have tried as of yet in NYC. Amazing!! The Cheesesteak is full of meat, they have a variety of toppings that you can put in the sandwich and the sauces are to die for my fav is the Garlic Mayo.I'm not the kind to give reviews but this place is to die for. So if you haven't had the chance to frequent this hidden gem. I definitely suggest you put it on your to do list ASAP.Promote small businesses!!!!
Great Philly Cheesesteaks Hoagies in NYC!!!!!! Must Try, Welcome to Long Island City. Extra Heavy Extra Cheesy is the way to go!
This place is a complete rip-off! They charge for sodas that aren’t ordered and an add automatic tip to the bill when you take out from their warehouse-ghost kitchen and no delivery is involved. There is NO customer service. E-mails go unanswered. AVOID at all costs!
First time ordering from Izzy's cheese steaks and now I can get enough. My steak was so juicy and tasteful just like how I expected. I also ordered eggplant-based burger and the St. Louis Buffalo hoagie it was on point too! You can get this restaurant a try I work recommend!
This place and the place off of Clinton avenue had the best cheesesteaks in the city. This will be my main takeout place to have a delicious meal or dinner or lunch I recommend this place to anyone especially the cheesesteaks!
Absolute rip off and a long wait. Very expensive for what you get. The portion size is very small. Avoid this place especially if you are hungry
Great Cheesesteaks; Amazing New experience. Tried them out in the Lower East Side and Now in my back yard! You have to enter the Food Hall order from they’re kiosk or online and you have the facilities customer service reps bring you your food when the kitchen finishes making the food. In My case Izzies Cheesesteaks. Great addition to Sunnyside.
