i have never had such a bad restaurant experience. the waiter did not know what he was doing. I asked him about 3 times to change my order. He didn’t know the menu items and I had to specifically read the contents of the order to him. Honestly I would never recommend this place to anyone. The drinks were bad. it was literally water.. how do you mess that up?? He brought out some random order that no one asked for??? The girl was very friendly and helpful after the waiter we had at first. When we came in the restaurant we waited 10 minutes to be seated because no one was there SHOULDVE taken that as a sign to leave
I went to ihop on June 22,2022. I waited over 10 minutes just to get seated. But there were many empty seats. The waiters apologize to us and said the hostess weren’t there. I’m like okay. Thats fine. I waited another 20 minutes just to get my order taken. When I finally got my food and iT was so overcook. The broccoli tastes like they just put it in hot boiling water and took it out right away. The sausage was so greesy and spams meat was so salty. I also order a buttermilk chicken. The crispy part start falling apart when I picked it up. This ihop has to be the worst restaurant I ever been to
IHOP Resturant are not the same anymore. The service was great but food not too good. See photo attached & decide for yourself. My Sausage were guarding the eggs, waffles watching the pancakes lol
This location does not feel like THE international house of pancakes I’m used to. While the location is convenient with ample parking, I felt extremely claustrophobic. There were no windows and the restaurant felt dark, damp, and clammy.Although we received decent service, the food was pretty gross. The hash browns were salty. Ham, bacon and sausages were very salty and tough to chew.I’d much rather go to the Flushing or Manhasset location.
Best IHOP in queens, the waitress she was kind and patient, the food was cooked to perfection. I stopped going to IHOP because the food was terrible and the service was minimal. My husband convinced me to try out the IHOP in bayside and I was stunned away. Definitely coming back with my family turned my whole view of IHOP.
The restaurant was clean and service was nice food looked delicious but it was too salty.
Waitress was friendly and attentive. It wasn't very busy, but they r definitely short staffed. Food was ok. Pancakes were dry with no taste.(Chocolate) Cheese omelet just ok.
If the food could be served hot, that would be great. I have been here a total of three times and I will not be returning. I have not had a hot plate of food yet. The first two times my sausage and bacon were cold. I figured it was cause they have it sitting in the back… fine… But today everything from the pancakes to the sausage to my daughter’s eggs ICE COLD! The only reason why I am giving a two star is because the host is great! If you are looking for a nice warm breakfast this would NOT be the place.
Clean for now. The syrups arent sticky!! The breakfast platter is good.
Waited at the front to be seated for a while,no one was at the front seating guesses. I tried to get a waitress attention and they ignored me. Super short staffed. There was a nice young man running from the back to the front doing EVERYTHING while those waitresses looked lost. New location needs to do 100% better.
