When you first walk in the staff at the counter doesn't even greet you, they act like if you're bothering them. The (Male Manager) stats in the back round looking towards the front and if you don't say I would like to sit at a table they'll stare until you snap them out of the zombie state they're in.. the other Manager short Caucasian Lady is wonderful she at least walks by and ask is all well and if there's any she can help you with, I say Yes wake up everyone else in here.. other than that the food is the same..
Came here today and had a wonderful experience. Mohammad Sallauhadin, is a manager, I believe but he was exceptional. Made sure we were seated, checked up on us, brought us extra creamer when we ran out, and constantly sought to make our experience better! He is absolutely wonderful. Thank you for the wonderful service; will definitely be back soon!
Good solid breakfast. Though it was packed, service was on point, and food came out in a timely fashion. This IHOP is worth coming back too as compared to other IHOP locations in the city. Highly recommended.

Visited this place twice. Second time I was giving a chance to see if service had made any progress.Service is slowwwww. Portions are 1/4 of what a regular diner would serve. I understand businesses are hurting, but portions are less than what you would received on a plane.Home fries had no taste, bacon was dried out, eggs were half cooked, I can go on and on.Tried twice but never again
My brother and I weren't allowed in for breakfast because we were turned away at the door because they wanted proof of vaccination and wearing masks. The wait staff and host at the door were very unfriendly. We'll probably not go back here ever again
This place is amazing . However today we went there with my family , bill was 83.00 we give the server 100.00 . Do you know this girl never brought back the change ? Lmaooooo not like we won’t give tips but I have never witness something like that. My family was like it’s okay maybe she needs it. Lol but really ? Not even came back to say thanks or here is your receipt. Just ridiculous!!!!!
Food is ok. The coffee is great. The menu selections can be better or upgraded.
Tried the seasonal caramel apple pancakes and they were the perfect balance of sweetness.
