Dirty Dirty Dirty. First my table was dirty. I asked them to send someone to clean it. He didn't have a clue do I took the rag and cleaned the old syrup stains myself then we ordered coffee. My husband mug had red lipstick stains on it. At first I thought maybe its permanent stained however I wiped it and it came off. GROSS. Our forks were dirty we just wind up using plastic and finally what I came for the pancakes. They were cold and overall this was a horrible experience. I wouldn't take my dog to eat here. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere unless you don't mind eating at a mess hall.
Superb food preparation, the taste of the food is really good with good quantity.
Overcrowded and waiting time was too long as the staff kept on saying 5-minutes. Communicating in English was difficult too. After 20 minutes, I left the building. 1 star only without testing their food.

Food is really good but the servers didn't gave us any ketchup or sauce, they took our order after a long time. They were focused on other tables who were not brown, because they got everything right away. I felt the servers ignored us because we are Bangladeshi and thought we couldn't afford the place... though the servers were working hard I felt ignored.
IHOP never lets me down. Stopped in for breakfast while my car was being serviced nearby. Server was quick and efficient and food was DELICIOUS! The breakfast bowls are my new favorite— although that chicken Florentine crepe is very good.
The restaurant needs to be cleaned a little more thoroughly and the silverware had paper stuck to them. Staff was ok. Could improve on customer service classes.
