My experience today. was told 10-15 minutes for order to be ready. Took 35 minutes.Asked for fixings on the side, Not there.Paltry hamburger edible but that was about it.Burnt bun.Cold fries.

For the first time I tried it was really fantastic and I really enjoyed the burger chicken wrap chicken salad and Bebe burgers they were really delicious I would really recommend this place people

The food is horrible.I went there Sunday night, ordered schnitzel sandwich & fries, woke up the next morning throwing up all this disgusting food. This place used to be good, now this place is cheap (food wise). Will never ever come back.

Ordered a pick up they couldn’t get it right , how you got bunch of kids working , gave my order to some one else then tryed to say they didn’t… SMHThe owner should hire grownups

I love this place.im literally hear like 3.times a week atleast. The staff is amazing and most importantly the food is amazing. Anything you wantt they have chicken, steak, platters guac. Disgusting place, disgusting food and more than anything disgusting person at the front desk!Dirty as hell, dirty tables (you literally stick to them), they serve you schnitzel HARD AS A ROCK with nothing on the side and when you ask for sauce, they are doing you a favor for giving you 2 tiny packets of mayo. And keep in mind, it's not "holly scnitzle" - it's OILLY SCNITZLE!YUCK!!! ?

I usually don't write reviews but I'm very upset with their service. I ordered a falafel on pita through uber eats. The store called me and told me they didn't have falafel and that they would replace it with a hummus a platter; I said fine. 45 minutes later, my ordered arrived; it was the wrong order.I then called the store and spoke to a man who claimed my order had been canceled. This was strange because I did not cancel my order and was charged for it on the app. What bothers me the most is that the man I spoke to didn't seem like he was talking about and spoke to me as if he was just trying to get me off the phone. Bro, I just waited close to an hour for my food and I got the wrong order. I have a right to be upset, do I not? Don't treat me like a another transaction. This is what I believed happened. The uber driver went to your restaurant, asked for my order and was handed the wrong order. I get that mistakes happen but I'm quite dissatisfied with this kind of service. I've ordered from your store various times and I've never had this issue. I will seriously reconsider ordering from this place again.

Misleading menu. Overpriced for a kosher fast food joint. For example, their $20 mixed grill sandwich with vegetables only includes pickles & lettice as vegetables. The old and shaky tables & chairs are crowded together. Both entrance doors are adjusted to spring back and bang you perhaps to conserve the heat but restaurants generally install a heat blower at the entrance. The steak is rubber and the pastrami is average. Holy Schnitzel has become a teenage hangout without considering the ambience expected by other patrons. With an improved menu and competitive pricing this should some day command 5 stars.
