Called to place an order today and called back literally 2 minutes later to cancel and was told my order was already submitted, which I highly doubt. Anyway, I kept the order because I had no choice. I used to order from this restaurant all the time, I’m talking once a week! Their quality in food has dropped, the person that took my order was a little rude. The chicken smelled so fresh it was upsetting. Bottom line, I won’t be ordering from this restaurant any more. Disappointed.

This place is definitely hit or miss! Their food use to be good but now the quality has definitely declined! Spent over $50 Uber eats food took 2 hours to arrive, granted that wasn’t their fault but when we ate the food we were sadly disappointed. Definitely not worth the wait. The house special fried rice, chicken chowmein and jerk pork fried rice all lacked flavor and had a rank stale taste. I don’t know what the issue is but you guys need to evaluate the quality of your food. Nothing worst that spending money on food that’s not the best quality. Get good cooks and keep them, stop changing your chefs.

LIVING ROACH IN FOOD!!!I had the most DISGUSTING experience of my life dining at this restaurant. We were served a appetizer with a roach crawling on the srimp. When we showed the MANAGER the appetizer with a CRAWLING ROACH in it he took the plate a walked away!! He did not apologize...on TOP OF THAT we were CHARGED for the appetizer and the ROACH WE DID NOT EAT.....DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! It's clear they don't care what they are feeding to their customers. Then the MANAGER asked us if we wanted to take home a order a customer did not pick up....how disrespectful

The customer service was excellent. The longevity of a business usually relies on good customer service, which in return, can increase revenue. I've frequented this place on a number of occasions, and let me tell you, I'm one satisfied customer along with my family. The flavor of food is what attracts customers. The food was very tasty, mouthwatering and delicious. I really had a wonderful time. ?????

ROACH IN FOOD!!! We were served appetizer with a crawling ROACH! the manager said nothing to us he walked away. we still had to pay for the appetizer and then the manager offered us a order that someone did not pick up!! degrading!! do not support!

Mickey mouse business, made an order 1 tray of fried rice 3 hours before and when I got there the food was not ready. They made me pay ahead of time or else I would just walk out. But when they already got your money they don't really care. I went in there the food was not ready. I waited when I got the food. The rice was not even boiled properly. I can feel the grains on my bite. They rushed to make it after 3 hours and it still wasn't good. I used to order regular and the food was good that's why I ordered more. But it seem like they can't handle big orders. And the order wasn't even that big. Step up your customer service and your quality of the food you send out because it seems like you guys don't care.

Let’s say the food is a hit and miss at times. One minute I’m in love with every bite, and then I order food from them two weeks later and the food is stale. I always get the house special fried rice with chicken on top, and Lo Mein with chicken on top. The chicken that they serve on top is hard at times.

The person who took my order over the phone was very pleasant. The food however, omg horrible! The chicken look under cooked and smelled rank. The chicken fried rice and house special fried rice & low mein had no taste at all. I highly doubt the food is cooked when ordered. It must be frozen food warmed up in the microwave. Spent $60 on food I threw out. Will be making the trip from QV to Richmondhill to buy food next time. All Guyanese Chinese food places in QV sucks.

I ordered food yesterday at 6:35. I waited two hours before calling three times to complain. Nobody knew anything about the food and she said she’ll call the delivery man…she never called back. I had to call back to ask about my food and she said his car broke down. If his car broke down why did he not call the restaurant so they can call everyone they were supposed to deliver to? It was unprofessional. I couldn’t get a refund because the order was placed online. The manager said next time I want food from them since I already paid I wouldn’t have to pay because I was not given my refund. However, I called the next day ( which is today ) and someone picks up the phone and then hangs up on me. I was always ordering food from here. Not again!

Their food was delicious! Definitely a must go if you're around the area & want to have some good West Indian food. Ask for more spicy sauce ?
