Not a fan of this sushi spot. The quality is basic for my standards. I can usually tell a good quality sushi spot by the way they make their kani salad, believe it or not. It was so basic and tasted fishy. Wouldn't come here again. Staff is super sweet though and their service is great.
Not what it used to be. Understaffed, you have to wait for the chef to finish with one table before coming to yours. The chef was not experienced. No fun show that usually comes with hibachi. My shrimp was burnt, my steak was a bit salty, chicken was too saucy, and lomein had to much butter. Everything else was pretty good. I’ll just assume they had a bad chef that day and leave it at that.
1st time visiting Hagane in BK.Not bad, fresh, well served sushi.It was clean, concise service. At least for my sushi experience. I will try hibachi perhaps next visit.Thank you.

This place is solely based on greed.I made a order on grub hub at 1230 pmI get here at 1:15. I tell them my name they say oo we just opened. That has nothing to so with me !! Why are you letting your business take orders if your not open !!!!! I dont control anything in this equation expect payment and you got that already. If your not open state in clearly instead of taking moneySide bar the food was ok but not worth the disrespect
The food was amazing and they have simple finger foods for kids that do not want hibachi style food so that was a plus for my family. This restaurant is very comfortable and has a family feel to it. The staff is amazing they were even cracking jokes with my family been here 3 times and will deff go back.
Servers had personalities of clown fish. No show, just rush through hibachi process. Tasted okay. Lobster and steak filet for $32 per person is a GREAT deal..not enough to earn an encore though.
These people are so cheap . So if I sit at a restaurant and order sushi rolls I get a spicy Mayo which is suppose to include the sauce. But if I order out I don’t even get one with 2 orders I placed . I asked for 3 spicy Mayo and some hot sauce they charged me everything a dollar. Not one sauce was included . But here I am giving a good tip . Never again .... I understand the extra spicy Mayo I asked for to charge me but not one included ?? Ridiculous
Will NEVER EVER visit this place at all grill was Filthy definitely need some upgrades and some good cleaning, I went to take my daughter there for her birthday my goodness it’s was the worst ever , seems like the cook was new which is okay but normally we go to a Habachi place to make sure we see a show But that was okay it wasn’t our first place going to a Habachi restaurant. So they have a policy that 4 or more people they include the tip which was against this but ok with it if the service was great, The service was horrible they never check back on you they just take your order and after that they don’t come back unless you flag them down . What a waste of time and money . I come from a restaurant background and I know how a restaurant should Operate and this is not the correct way I should’ve known as soon as I seen the grill that wasn’t properly clean but I know things happen so I left it alone cook did clean it when he got there but there should be no reason why they should be rice still on the grill should be cleaned up Properly before sitting other people there. They need to get it together I will not suggest this place at all RuDe
