I had a terrible racial experience with the blonde hair racist who exhibited inequality with proper customer service to all races. I write this review as a community member and a first responder who dedicated my life to support small businesses and also help to with fighting to keep down covid19 in my community and around the USA.This waitress was atrocious should be fired and allow another person the opportunity to work who appreciates customers and business. My scenario was very easy I needed to have my salad ? half and half if needed to pay for it I will np.She just brush me off and went to serve another gentleman who who was of her ethnicity while both are paying customers,I made it known to her that your discrimination is being observed by an intellectual woman and this is disgusting.I asked do you have a manager What difference does that make",not trying to fix the issue just nasty.A very professional staff was able to fix the issue by explaining due to Covid19 we no longer do my request it's already prepackaged which was understood good job to this staff.Blonde older lady then pursued to involve the cops ?‍♀️ ? after she did wrong I explained myself within my rights how this lady made a discrimination towards a west Indian woman in comparison to Caucasian on customer service which is wrong. This staff damages your business I will never support here again in a community I have been for 20 years disgraceful, she is in wrong field not customer service!

The best shawarma in all of New York. The lamb turkey on Lafa is the best. Whenever I eat this I am always shaking my head after ever bite with how good it is. Gives me another reason for why I love New York so much and will always support a small business like this. Tip the cooks!!

Delicious shawarma with an array of different sauces! I had the combination of lamb-turkey and baby chicken shawarma wrapped in laffa. I would definitely recommend this option and fill it with sauces and salads. I got the garlic mayo which was amazing, as well as tabouli, tahini, babaganoush, and Moroccan eggplant. One sandwich is more than enough to fill you up. You can even split a sandwich if you get some sides. We also tried the falafel and the arais. The waitress was very nice and gave us a bunch of extra sauces to dip our meal into on the side. The restaurant is a bit cozy, but fits the family vibe, and they keep it pretty clean. Street parking around the neighborhood.

Pretty tasty, but nothing spectacular. Hummus and pita were great, but too much tahin for me. I really wish they had better hot sauce though, the green stuff just wasn't very flavorful. I took my remaining hummus home and ate it with some spicy harrissa (yum). The chicken schnitzel was average, but hit the spot - HUGE portion. I really wish they offered smaller plates for us who can't eat as much and could save some money. Overall, not bad if you just want to fill up on some tasty hummus and bread with side salads.

Food is amazing and the prices are fair, but waitresses can put a little more effort into smiling and being pleasant. Also, when I got the bill, I was accidentally charged an additional 2.00. When I brought it up to the waitresses attention, she bought me back a revised check with a 3.45 “ adjustment fee” added. ???So if I am overcharged and ask you to correct it, I pay a fee higher than the amount that I was initially overcharged by? Sounds almost like an SNL skit.Shoutout to the kitchen staff though putting out high quality Israeli food.

Great place to eat, unfortunately is affected by COVID and garbage New York policies... No more open salad bar and prices have gone up good 50% plus credit card charge of 4% almost.. all in all I would go back for sure maybe not as often though and would blame New York for ruining small businesses.

Warm and friendly service delivering the best in Israeli traditional food from main courses down to the condiments

Food was delicious but the mixed grill was smaller than we expected. Next time I'll probably get a shwarma, those looked good.

Awesome awesome place! Always my go to place

Had dinner in grill point last week with my family and had an amazing experience. The food was delicious and brought me back to the traditional Israeli cuisine. My waitresses name was regina and she was very attentive and helpful in recommending food on the menu. She came up to us every 10 minutes or so to make sure if we need anything and if everything was ok. Definitely going back there very soon.
