I’m was thrilled to arrive before the lunch crowd. As Gaby’s is never empty or quiet. They have the best Italian food in town. The pizza is made to perfection and all the staff are kind and friendly. I got manicotti and pasta e fagioli soup. Prices are not bad and the atmosphere is safe and friendly. It’s worth it to make a special trip to Gaby’s, you will be happy.

Gaby's food to me is still good. Haven't had Pizza in a while and from what I read in some of the Comments is that the Pizza is not as good as before. I also, experienced Attitude issues with some of the Associates plus, they don't comment on the Customer Reviews. I Guess They Don't Care Whether They Loss Customers and Lose Business As Well. That's On Them. I Am Quite Sure That There Are Better Pizza Restaurant In The Area with Better Food and Hospitality.

I gave a 3 stars because the pizza doesn't taste the same. I don't know if they changed the recipe or the cooks. I ordered it so don't know if it is the same original people in there. Usually the pizza is delicious but this time it wasn't.

I would rate them higher because the pizza’s good, but they got my order wrong (again) and I was overcharged. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and when I got home and opened the box it was a regular cheese pizza; I paid pepperoni prices but got a cheese pizza instead. This is the second time they’ve gotten my order wrong. The first time I let it slide even tho I was still ticked off. But this time I had to leave a review. What angers me even more is after I called to tell them I had no pepperoni on my pepperoni pizza, the woman who answered the phone said she was sorry then promptly put me on hold. I was so fed up that I hung up the phone. I always try to support my local businesses, especially since the pandemic, but I might take my business elsewhere from now on. How hard is it to get a simple pizza order right? How hard is it to do good customer service and address a regular customer’s complaint? Bad business practices. Fed up former customer.

I am very upset because I asked the employee if the slice was fresh. It wAs reheated and the cheese was not even melted. Still The best pizza in the world but I did not drive from far to eat a chewy room temperature pizza

I came here with my friends and they said they love it.

The sauce is sweet and plentiful and the crust is baked to perfection.

I was born and raised in Hollis Queens. I've been eating Gaby's pizza all my life. I don't know what happened but in like the past decade the pizza just isn't the same. The dishes might still be good but the pizza has fallen off. Any of my people that come into town and crave NY pizza, we go right to Margherita on Jamaica Ave. Sorry.
