It's been a solid year since lockdown restrictions lifted. WHY IS YOUR OUTDOOR SEATING STILL OUTSIDE IF YOUR BUSINESS IS CLOSED? I've seen other reviews about this place and the owner gave a very rude reply to a customer. You won't stay in this business that long with that nasty attitude.
This place is so ghetto, they're hogging the parking space for no reason. Your license got revoked? Well move out then.
Ah yes Fusion is a great place for Carribbean dining and a little Soul food ,which I would like to see a little more Soul food on the menu. I didn't like the fact that they charge for gravy to put on your rice. The waitresses are nice looking young women,but I had a problem with one of them charge s dollar more for white rice and hid the fact from after I signed the receipt.The menu prices are considerably reasonable compared to other Carribbean food spots . I really enjoy the atmosphere there.The music is enjoyable and refreshing.None of the waiters waitresses was eager to greet me when I came in to establishment.They have a great 5 dollar all day menu which is great if you want take out during your lunchtime. Fusion has 4 different shrimp appetizer. Excellent chef prepared meals.My 87 year old aunt was very pleased with the grilled shrimp white rice and collard greens,and believe me she is a very finicky eater.So my rating is 4 stars. Improvement in customer service could earn them 5 stars.
Went there for a children's birthday party and the staff was very nice and kept the kids entertained.
STRAIGHT SCHEMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Really wanted to see what this place was about. I went there all the way from the Bronx, the food was okay, nothing special, burgers/empanadas. However, they want $60 for one plastic light up cup hookah. Please be very careful when paying with credit/debit they are playing games with the pre added gratuity. How is it that you call yourself a cocktail lounge with A REVOKED ALCOHOL LICENSE. They charged me $40 for two drinks “Coladas” with no alcohol? This was the first and last time I went there and I do not recommend this place, don’t waste your time and money. By the looks of it they are desperate stealing money from customers, I’m sure this is establishment will not last long. Once a business conducts practices in this manner, their demise is quickly approaching. I WASTED $123.00 on nothing, so many nicer and transparent businesses in Queens. Oh and they have a problem generating recipes, and they put bacon on my burger when I specifically stated NO BACON, smh.
Ordered the smash burger, chicken and cheese empanadas and two frozen drinks to go of course due to COVID19. Service was quick, bartender/ waiter was pleasant and patient, the food was delicious and the drinks were blended well and you can taste the alcohol- not overwhelming. Pictured are the Toasted Coconut Mojito and Triple Layer Colada. I went on Wednesday evening and street parking was ample as well. Cheers!
amazing place. Celebrated my 23rd birthday here and it was one id never forget on how awesome the staff was. Got bottle service and got treated really well. They are fair and provide a good amount of drinks for a reasonable price. Bouncers are also really nice and cool. If you want to have a party with or group or even a spouse this would definitely be the place to go.
