I adore this place! They offer marvelous food, their menu is nice, The chef in that place is an expert, I like a lot trying all their food. The food is always of high qualtity, the service towards the customers is good. I often go to this place and I not even once was disappointed. I recommend it with no hesitation.
I landed at d airport n decided to have pasta here.... The staff working there has no idea... What ingredients are used in the food that they prepare!! They don't know if the pastas contain egg or not, they don't know if the potato sauce that have on d menu is vegetarian or not does it contain mushroom or not....!! There are always less optionsfor vegetarian but here.. One may think there are options but due to no response from staff to get any information regarding the same... Clients go away..... They're were another bunch of people who were stranded there!
I cannot comment on the quality of the food because the staff simply decided not to make it. They let me stand there for 20 minutes without once mentioning that they had chosen to ignore my order. When I finally asked what the delay was, the woman working the counter (Pippi) simply shrugged and said she had thrown the order ticket away. She literally fished it out of the trash can to show me. There was no apology, explanation, or offer to actually make my bagel.
Amazing place
I ordered breakfast at Terminal 5 at JFK on Friday morning January 25, 2018. I must say that the young lady that was the short order cook had a nasty disposition. It seemed like she was not in a good.mood although the combo I ordered was good.
The woman working here was extremely rude. Wanted to buy something from here but she was very tough to deal with.
Ordered vodka sauce but it’s basically pink Alfredo... lots of food for the money but not great
I visited this take away after finding it on the JFK website. They have a few pasta dishes, carbonara, baked ziti etc but there is the option to create your own dish adding a different sauce, fresh veg and meat. Quick cooking time and a really good portion size. The meal was delicious and creamy and took me through the 6 hour plane journey.

The freshest pasta in Chicago. You can watch them make it right in the store from the giant window that looks into the kitchen. They also give you fresh focaccia while you wait. It's sooo good. The pasta we got was fettuccine and everyone loved it. You can really taste a difference when you use fresh pasta. They had a chalkboard full of all the different kinds of ravioli they had that day. They also have a bunch of other food you can take to go (eggplant parm, lasagna, sauces, etc). Worth the drive!
