HORRIBLE SERVICE my friend and I stopped for bacon, eggs and home fries. Got the toast first after 20 minutes I, questions when is food coming they bring us eggs and home fries tell us they are making bacon have to wait another 10 minutes. At that moment I told the owner this was unacceptable we have cold toast waiting half hour for food to get breakfast served in stages. Restaurant only had a couple besides us two. Busy taking phone orders to go and not servicing customers inside restaurant. Had waitress about 3 of them doing the take out order. We didn’t eat I offered to pay for whatever food was brought out. Owner didn’t want money which was the correct thing to do. My friend and I ended going to Village Dinner Kew Gardens for breakfast. Much better service.
The toast was soaked in butter making it soggy. Won't be coming back.
Wonder how long our family of 5 will still fit into one booth. Second time here and we love the options. Everyone ordered from the menus except me. I picked what I wanted from the buffet without the sides. It was busy there today but everyone was pleasant and helpful. We shared two flans and a cheesecake for dessert. The flan was the winner by far.
Great spot for an authentic Dominican breakfast! Good coffee and good service.
A nice little diner. Well maintained and comfortable. Food was great and the price reasonable. Staff very friendly.
Food is amazing. Tastes as good as when your mom makes it. Staff are incredible and very friendly. Highly recommended!
Love this place. Foods great.
4.5 stars! It's the Dominican lunch menu that drawsme here. Talk about the most underappreciated cuisine in NYC. Not one food critic, not effing one, talks about Dominican food. Here it's homestyle cooking and it is always delish. Fridays they have oxtail, this my friends is outstanding!!. Don't go late to have this, they run out real quick.
The food is always delicious and the people are polite and nice.
A mom Spanish coffee shop/ restaurant at the middle of forest Hills..great food..
