This is one of the best-running Five Guys I've had the pleasure of visiting! Their standard waiting time is still better than other locations even when busy! Their burgers are assembled neatly and super-tasty!
They have the best hamburgers and fries. For your hamburger you are able to 10+ free toppings. The French fries were the best that I have ever had. Even homemade French fries were not as good.The store is very clean
The Burger and fries are great, the shakes are so so,the service is good, and the atmosphere is good.but now I realize why they call it Five Guys. It's because after you get finished eating, You Feel As big as 5 Guys.
Worth the money, can't find a better fast food burger and the best burger in bay terrace.
Really nice burgers they serve snd you can watch as they make it in there open view kitchen along with a choice of regular and small burger and fries. I was pleasantly surprised however when i opened my burger to find 2 pattys instead of 1, pretty good value meal if your tired of the regular McDonald's and burger king like I am. While the overall taste of the meal may not be the best thing you ever eat, It will definitely have a taste of actual potato and meat.
Love the unlimited toppings for the burgers especially with options such as grilled mushrooms and onions. I prefer my fries super crispy so I can't say these would be my favorite since the fries tend to be soft but the flavors are good. Also can't get enough of their roasted peanuts. If you have a peanut allergy, please be careful in the restaurant. There are shells and dust everywhere.
5 Guys probably has the best (fast food) fries I've had in a long time - 3 stars for the fries & friendly staff @ the Bay Terrace location. Unfortunately that's where the good stuff ends. The Cheeseburgers were dry with stale tasting buns and the milkshake machine was broken. The cheese dog had a dollop of cheese in the center of the bun, so it was really only 1/3 cheese dog.. Not worth the price

so today i’ve came to this five guys and the guy that works there told me i need to show a vaccination card even though i was ordering my food for to go. and then went to a pizza shop on the area and then did not tell me i couldn’t order food without a card.
