I’ve purchased fresh fish from this store in-person in the past and had good experience with the staff overall. However, I was shocked by the terrible service when I tried putting in an order by phone. I was having a hard time understanding the man due to loud background noise at the store. As I was asking for clarification, the man unfortunately hung up on me. When I called back thinking it was an accident and tried to re-order, the person was extremely rude and blamed me for not understanding him. He then intentionally hung up on me again.This is unfortunate since I like supporting local restaurants and I’ve only heard good things about the store. I no longer want to even give them a second chance due to their terrible customer service and rudeness.
Food is good. Guy behind counter has zero personality but I still go get my favorite meal my friends. Enjoy!
Great no nonsense place. Fish is good either fresh to take home or cooked for takeout.
I wanted some fried fish and came upon this place. The shrimp was cooked the way I like but the fish could use a little more seasoning. However, it was good overall. I will go back.

Every year when i visit Sunnyside, the fish house is an absolute MUST... fantastic quality and price!
Terrible customer service. Fishmonger incorrectly placed my order AND after acknowledging their mistake they did not know how to do chargebacks when I asked for them to correct the mistake, charge me back for the incorrect charge, and recharge me the correct amount. The guy's exact words were "I don't know the password to the credit card machine" ?! ?! How do you run a business then? This business is run terribly. I do not recommend.
First time coming to fish market and the last time. I would not recommend it. Bought 3 red snapper which all of them were bad which around $45 in the garbage.
I love Fish House, I order a #11 on every visit. The food is fresh and hot. The outdoor seating it great as well. Not to keen on extra charge for debit cards. Only small draw back, otherwise would have received 5 Stars.
