Great site down option for tasty tamales served quickly. The picaditas were the highlight at the table: an oilier fried version of the tamales. Many menu items are unfortunately unavailable at the time.
Tacos and the new picaditas chorizo are amazing.Tortilla hand made, I love it.Had a great time
Mexican tamales and tacos and more! Came here on a Saturday in March at 8:00 a.m. and they had two people working the counter and three folks making a whole lot of tamales in the kitchen. Busy busy.I got the chicken with green sauce tamales that were mildly spicy. The bean tamales are not spicy. The tamales are a little bit smaller than what we would normally get in the neighborhood, but for $2 no one is complaining.I'm coming back to try the huevos rancheros with rice and beans for $10 and other breakfast options.Welcome to the neighborhood!
Very very very good food! Solid food/prices/casual ambiance!! Been a frequenter since they had their cart! So happy that they opened their storefront. Tacos (chorizo, steak, AL pastor) are great $4. I like their quesadillas that they use with Oaxacan cheese. My fav item tonight was the quesadilla with chicaron. It was minced pork juice goodness with some cilantro mix. Champurrado could have been warmer but it was room temp. It still tasted great. They didn't have some drinks like Avena and horchata when I went but it was also 8pm on Saturday. They accept credit cards!Left with a dozen tamales to take home to save/freeze!Will come again when I'm in neighborhood!I wish them continued success!!!!
Went yesterday and had the BEST tamales!! So affordable, delicious. Also the tacos de birria was incredible. Definitely recommend if you're in the area!
Tamales are always so delicious!I've ordered delivery several times and it's always a hit with the family. Everything it's packed to perfection.I also visited the store, they have an amazing breakfast menu as well.Service was great . 3 ladies on the front , busy packaging and taking orders in a timely manner, super informative about the items they don't have .Tacos are also great. And the sopes are amazing .The only criticism I have it's with the salsa served on the tacos , it was so spicy it was inedible for some members of my family.theyre we're in so much pain it not only killed the amazing flavors but it trown the whole meal.I'm Mexican so i can handle spicy , but yeah too many Chiles on all the salsas . Other than that it's always a pleasure order from this location and I'm sure I'll do it over and over again .
Delicious tamales and also had a great quesadilla and birria taco!!
Evelias is the best!!! Everything is delicious, super fresh, and they are the nicest people! Queso jalapeño tamale was tasty!!
