They just renovated the place and it looks totally different than before. They changed the menu as well. They changed the prices and quantities. Now they allow you to pay on your own phone by scanning a QR code which is great....just make sure that you don't tip twice since they add the tip in the bill and then ask if you want to tip....like every other restaurant seems to be doing nowadays.
Menu with great variety. Exquisite taste quality!Enjoyable and calming ambiance. Great service, from waiters and manager. Just a pleasant and homely experience. Wouldn’t trade for anywhere else!:)
My girlfriend loves to eat here since she keeps kosher, so I've been here a few times already. I enjoy the food & drinks, especially the frappuccino & avocado egg rolls.Me & my girlfriend were very dissatisfied today. We went for dinner at 8. They were cleaning & mopping the area with very heavy chemicals while we were still eating and drinking. The smell was so horrendous that I couldn't finish my dinner. My girlfriend still craved dessert & all the employees stared down at us...it was very rude & frustrating. So I didn't appreciate any of that. For what its worth, the food was good...but the service & staff... disappointing.Also: they included the tip in the bill automatically...

WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.Not to mention the horrible food which had to be sent back, the restaurant employees were far from professional. In fact, they were very inappropriate and disrespectful. Both times coming here I was confronted and accused by a male waiter for taking pictures of him (which I didn't do at all). He came and interrupted our table being aggressive and forced me to show him my camera roll (which had no footage from the night). Because of him, Elite Cafe just lost 4 customers (and word spreads ?♀️). HORRIBLE SERVICE AND RAVIOLIPLS GET UR ACT TOGETHER
Gem of a place in Queens. A friend of ours recommended Elite Cafe. Our servers were Lola and Reuben, both made us feel very welcome. We ordered Shakshouka and a Greek Sandwich/Panini. My order of Shatshouka was generous, and it came with freshly baked bread, orange juice, tea/coffee, and I opted for Israeli Salad. Thanks Lola/Reuben for making our dine-in experience a memorable one. Until next time…
The Food is Great, customer service is high on a lot of days, but they give You bread & water to hold You out while You wait. Its a very Great outing for Families as well. Staffs are un top of things, they try to fulfill Your every need.
Waiting an hour for my food. And then we only noticed the waiter never put our order in the system. Our little girl was very hungry. I can’t believe such irresponsible people are put to work there. Unbelievable.
