Great portions for the price

Food is overly priced & definitely not always great . If you get delivery expect your wait time to be more than an hour.

My friend and I went there for dinner and drinks. The piña coladas were delicious. The grilled salmon was well seasoned. The veggies were under cooked. The Ceasars salad was filling. When you pay the bill they assume they can keep your change.

Mario is the owner, manager of El Rey and there is not a nicer man. He is generous and extremely fair in every way. He cares more about people than profit! Thank you , El Rey!!!

Wish I could give zero stars. They used to be good. I don't know what happened, but they are awful now. Pasteles were so gross, I couldn't eat them. I truly had to spit them out. They were terrible. Black beans were average. Not bad, but not good either. When I ordered the pasteles, I asked the girl to open them for me. She looked annoyed, had a quick conversation with the other girl behind the counter, and then told me it was a $1 charge to unwrap the pasteles. $1 extra to unwrap my food? What? Never mind.Terrible food, lazy servers and upcharges for stupid things. I won't be back.

They do a good breakfast, but not a good bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. No bagel and used Italian bread, which they smooshed down...

Food is always good. Parking is tight, but that's because they are so popular, lol.Wish they would begin to roll their prices back. It's getting too expensive to eat there lately.

every year my wife and I throw an office party we order party trays from el ray this year we order a week before Thanksgiving for our office party two trays of empanadas two beef and chicken tray ribs baked chicken yellow rice all this came out to 192.71 which was great for all that food a week after we made another order for thanksgiving a whole turkey which I remember it was around 108.00 then 4 empanadas and two small potato salad and I got charge 190.53 when I looked at my bank statement I was shocked but the girl never gave us the receipt so there's no way I could claim my money back they were busy but this lady who work there have to be careful I got charge for someone else food We will never go back to el ray the staff is rude they don't pay attention they mix up the orders and they overcharge they just lost a customer who has been ordering from them for years

The food is absolutely delicious they have a variety of many many different foods

Food use to be awesome. I figure they changed cook. Bought a Sancocho had no flavor and no meat only bones. Like if it was a bone soup. I guess they used meat for something else. Also it had chorizo in it . Last few times Bought Carne guisada too salty.
