This tasted like old chicken! Chicken chunks were soggy and extremely salty. The driver seemed to have snooped into my bag b/c the bag was extremely wrinkled where it seems to have been tied. Seems quite strange, no? I'm from Manhattan, and I've noticed the delivery here, no matter how much of a tip they get, they won't come up!!! So I have to leave my kids unattended EVERYTIME. Why do I tip again?? My bag was wrinkled like it needed aging cream! The plastics had hole because the food was obviously very hot, but the driver got lost and was way over his ETA. When I tasted the plantains they were cold. It's disgusting to me and your Dominican card must be revoked for serving food like this. I'm never buying here again. Do the right thing and hire new cooks and maybe a respectful driver and maybe a Dominican staff.
I ordered chicken to go and they took 45 min to make my order… the problem was when I got home and saw the chicken which was really old and the salad too.

If you're not in Brooklyn... Good places (cuchifritto's) like this are hard to come by. Glad to have taken a walk in this neighborhood because I found this place.Clean, friendly and wonderfully delicious food at a great price.Topping it off I thought I lived too far away for delivery but was told they travel up to 20 minutes in any direction, I GPS'd myself and came in at 17 minutes...Uh Oh I'm in trouble???

Never again ordering from here. Food was really greasy, nasty, & they didn’t order my food correctly. This is so discussting. Would not recommend.
One of the worst experiences......... Ever..Ordered on Monday.... for December 24th...6pm. I called at 6 to ask if it was ready. they said 630.. I showed up at 7.they told me 1 more hour. showed up at 8 they told not ready . 1 more hour.... I just walked out..no dinner for Christmas.I'm not even mad... just disappointed.. no wonder they change owners constantly.I can actually say never again...not me my family or friends.
