I been coming to this place for years before the pandemic started, their service was great but the past few times i have stop by the girl at the counter seem like she didn't want to be there any who this week I Decided to dine in but the service was bad the server took our order as a rush , it was 4 of us I order fried calamari that tastes weird and it was hard to even try to chew , we order 3 dishes aside from the calamari. one of the orders came first and the second order of fried rice and shrimp took over 20 mins and the other order of rice and chicken took about 25 minutes I guess she had forgotten about the last order. Because when I mentioned she looked surprised and said its coming yet she rushed to her system and then to the kitchen as she was rushing the cooks for my order that I had order prior with the 1st order that came out first . When the rice and shrimp finally came out it had no taste the shrimp were hard and super salty. Honestly the worst experience we've had . I don't think we will be coming back to dine in . For an almost $100 bill it was not worth it all .
Had to be one of the worst experience I have ever had. WORST SERVICE, my family and I went for dinner. We drove from borough Park a 45 min drive just to have a terrible service, server was more worried about counting her tips than taking care of us. We all order the food at the same time and I got my food 1st, than my wife and 15 minutes later my son. Food was eh cold. I would definitely not come back here again.
Food was average. Just looking at my plate made me lose my appetite the last two times I came here. Their bread, on the other hand, is delicious.
I placed an order today because Sunday is hen soup and i had just gotten back from a long trip , …they added water to the soup and i had asked to change the hen to grilled chicken for an extra charge and they sent me a tiny piece which looked like a leftover . I called and had the guy come pick that garbage up.
Service was great. Food was great as well. The only issue I had was with platano Mauro I would've preferred it to be cut/slice & fried separately instead of serving the entire banana on a platter.
The flan is amazing! The food is really good and not too pricey.
Great Colombian food the environment is also great the staff ehhhh could be better recommended place for the food.
Best Colombian bakery all around!!! Their cappuccino is very addicting and sweet. Their food is always fresh, and are also a great restaurant. A bandeja will definitely get you full. 10/10
I had their baked goods and they were pretty good. I don't think I would go again though.
