Coyote was very interesting. Mariachi, tasty food and great drinks. My wife picked the spot and we had a great time and amazing service ?

I have been all over Queens and been to many Spanish, American, Mexican restaurants all over Elmhurst and Jackson Heights. And honestly Friday night at El Coyote with my 5 year old daughter and husband was absolutely beautiful and beats every restaurant. NOTHING COULD HAVE made it better. It was a wondrous experience!!!! The live mariachi band was sooooooo soulful and romantic I was soooo pleasantly surprised at how good they were. The food was served and presented so beautifully! Obviously it tasted divine!!!! My daughter and I ordered piña coloda and lemonade. My husband and I ordered camarones volcano. Soooooo good! I’m pregnant and picky and this just rang all the bells! So worth it! We thought the bill would be high but it wasn’t! So affordable for all the food, entertainment and constant care from the management I mean *chefs kiss* bravissimo!
So this place was my favorite spot in Jackson heights, friends and I would come atleast 2-3 times per month but lately their plates/ portion size decreased..they went from average size to mini plates for the same price( the quesadilla was a mini tortilla folded)..drinks were good but sad to say we wont be back anytime soon : (

Best food, company, environment, service, staff, flavor and made the birthdays super memorable!!!! Live band on evenings and it can get really crowded but worth the wait they are fast and all the wait time always moves quickly very popular and a must try!!!! There's a taxidermied wolf on the wall!!!
We wanted a nice place for drinks and appetizers. We found it at el coyote. We enjoyed the jumbo drinks. We ordered 4 different appetizers. The drinks gave us a buzz. The food was delicious. Can't wait to visit their forest hills location.

This place has decent margaritas, food is okay - customer service is also okay. Parking is very hard to find.
We were looking something for snacking. ? We ordered only appetizers: bocadillos for two and queso fundido ( ufff the best ?must try it)They have a family friendly staff, good service.. I’ll come back for sure, I wanna try main food
