What a horrible custumer service it took them two hours for delivery food to come and it was cold. The ladies that answer phone were rude and it unprofessional to get delivery working for them and they don’t know there numbers whose doing the delivery. I did send the food back because it took to long so I didn’t want it. Wish I could give them 0.
The food here was amazing! Really did taste like authentic Ecuadorian food and I'm happy to have been able to eat here. Very nice server, and great ambiance.

Super impressed. The establishment is very well kept, very clean and hygienic. The food was fresh, authentic, and tasty. Not one complaint. Will definitely be coming back.

First visit to this location tonight 10/10/21 for dinner. We watched the soccer games Ecuador vs. Venezuela then Argentina vs. Uruguay. Small cozy environment and prices are pretty good and portions too! Food, ambience, service, music excellent! Owner Victor makes you feel welcomed and makes sure that you are happy with the service and food. Waitresses Joanna and Jadira were okay exceptional and very attentive. Thank you for making our visit a happy and satisfied one!
The restaurant is a nice cozy place. The food was good. It was very pricey but good for a hen soup and a tomato juice I paid $19.59 . The main complaint is the service. I asked for some hot water and the water came after 10 min, i just wanted a cup of hot water and I ordered the tomato juice while eating my soup and I was giving the juice right when I asked for the bill. The waitress were super slow, like extremely slow - this was during 1pm. The restaurant did not have a lot of people in site.
Really bad experience!Food was bad , the waitress was nice but what I really didn't like about this place is that they charge you a 15%service fee, like why?I do understand that the waitress lives of their tips but let me do it and not force people to pay it.
