Bartender was extremely rude to us, got mad at us when he misunderstood our order and brought the wrong drinks. We wanted the check after that only to be told “$20 minimum for credit card usage” so we had to order a random thing off the menu (a red bull mind you because the kitchen doesn’t open till 6 apparently) just to get out of there as fast as possible. Horrible experience.
Be careful here, they overcharge by 40%. Take a close look at your bill before your pay. They don’t tell you they’re adding service fees and won’t honor refunds. Make your own judgment, but theres not a good vibe overall.

Duo has become one of my most favorite places to visit in Queens. The ambience is very welcoming, the food is excellent as it it is prepared with restaurant-quality presentation and the other seating is very inviting. However, what sets it apart from the reat of the pubs is the welcoming staff that really takes their time to get to know you. The bartenders are awesome, down to Earth and very friendly. If you're looking for a cool place with nice music, delicious food and friendly staff, this is the best.
Glad to have run into my old friend sasha without knowing that he works there. Just because of him being the head bartender there, this place gets 5 stars. Prices are very fair too.
