Lived in area over 20 years. Owner is really greedy and should be fired. Clearly understaffed during peak morning and afternoon hours. Have been using the app for over a year to avoid the lines but they still manage to get the order wrong sometimes and have blamed me before for ordering wrong when I order the same thing everyday for the past 4 yrs. Only go here because it’s the closest one nearby.
The workers here do not make your order correctly and then blame you for ordering the wrong stuff. The staff is always rude. Do not follow the company's procedures to prepare the drinks.
they just charge whatever they want，when there is special，if you don't mention it，they charge you regular price
the service is not controlled very well. the workers didn’t understand what i wanted at first. bad service. and workers are disgusting
They might be able to hear the customers orders if they didn't spend so much time chatting with each other. We can hear them, why cant they hear us?Also, it's not rocket science. It shouldn't take all 5 workers to fill a coffee and donut order then have the customer walk back and forth through the line to pick it up.
Bagels are not fresh. They should be made fresh every morning. Unacceptable.

Just a cappuccino and muffin and every day we went the food was fresh and the staff was very polite.
