Go to any Dunkin in nyc just not this one! This location is a block away from me I’ve ordered about 3 times. 2 times my order was completely wrong. The 3rd time we bought 1/2 dozen donuts only for 2 of them being absolutely rotten they looked fine but when my sister bit into it she threw up immediately somebody call the health department on this store!
Fabulous and decently priced salads. The best coffee in Rego Park, get it with steamed cream, so delicious. Staff is sweet and will remember you and your orders.
Mostly I realized your experience will depend on the hour and the employee's working during the day. I'm a local here. Every time I go in I leave with different experience. During the morning it's a rush and packed hour, the employee's are mostly stressed. However, in afternoon there is less crowd. I encountered employers cleaning and serving costumers at the same time. A bit lazy in noon. In night, it's worse. You will see one or two employee's that are working and sometimes you will meet drunk/homeless people interrupting. Overall, it's fine for New Yorker's they are used to this daily problems.
The service was so bad they got my order wrong 2 times and they were mad because I told them my order was wrong ..At the end when I thought they fix my order because they make me paid more , they didn't ..I got to my car and the order was still wrong.. I didn't want to back because I didn't wast to waste my time and money
Workers barely speak English, they served my wife the wrong item,did not correct nor did they apologize.I find this particular store is poorly run.I realize this is a franchise store,and not all Dunkin Donuts offer this poor service.I also feel they are overpriced in general.
This DD over charges you for regular items that would cost you less at any other DD in New York. I travel for work and have been in DDs all over nyc and for the most part the prices are all the same from store to store except this one.
Slowest service ever. One person at register making your coffee order and ringing you up. So while their making your coffee the line longgggg line dies not move. Mist the time your order us wrong anyway. Pretty entertaining listening to people say this is not what I ordered lol of course while the person us saying its wrong there us no one to take your order. Pretty dirty as well. They try but its so muss managed. Coffee cups are super hot sometimes and they don't have sleeves. So if you like their coffee and more the most part when they get it right just be prepared to wait. If you have the time go for it. PS I don't eat donuts but from the looks of them how much smaller can they get LOL.
Worst service ever!!!!! First they give me the wrong change and make me look stupid! As if I didn't get it!!!! I wouldn't give any star!
Idk how they consistently get my order wrong. I only ever get coffee, and I have the same order for iced, and the same order for hot everytime. It doesn't matter if I place the order in person or on the app, it's always wrong.
i order for pick up and they never put my full order or never give my donuts so i order and pretty much waste money since they never have anything food is always cold and employees are always talking and never get the pickup orders right someone please get this place in order.!!!!!!!!
