The service at this DD has deteriorated over time.When you order at the drive-thru you have to constantly repeat your order Over and Over.Despite the employee reading the order back to you completely wrong which I experienced the morning of Sunday 4/3.In addition, when I received my food at the window they don’t provide you napkins unless you ask them they give you two napkins as they completely look past the fact that the ice coffee is overfilled dripping down the cup.When I received my ice coffee I wasn’t provided a straw as the employee walked away to retrieve my food I had to wait till she returned 4 minutes later to even taste the ice coffee.This used to me my favorite DD as I would travel a considerable distance.Not any more.They need to Get It Together!
I go to this Dunkin from time to time. Usually don’t have too many issues. But I do have a complaint. I like to get the iced matcha late. But I can’t explain how frustrating it is when one thing is advertised and what I get appears completely different. They usually don’t care to mix my drink or make sure that the powder is completely dissolved. It looks extremely sloppy, and I get the impression that they could care less about what they hand me. I didn’t even go through drive thru so I don’t know why this drink looks so rushed. Really disappointing. The taste was fine once I spent time mixing it myself.
My coffee was flat like it was day old and not light and sweet. I ordered bacon egg and cheese wake up wrap and received egg only.
They dont care about allergies, constantly have to have my coffee redone due to neglegence.I would never come here if it wasnt part of my commute
I order on the app to avoid personal contact due to covid. When I arrived at the window my order was as ordered and hot.
I am for most of the good ratings but this place needs less than 2 stars. The employees that work during the early morning shift argue with you that they don’t have any orders (I think is because they disconnected the wifi) and cars just passed by with no orders… basically left the store due to lack of customer service. I had to call corporate so I get my money back from the online purchase I place to this location. Corporate took a while to get back to me.
These people working the drive through are brain dead. You sit in the drive through line for 20+ minutes, often at the window for 5-10 minutes waiting for a response from someone inside. Discombobulated and highly disfunctional! I would avoid at all costs. This place needs new management- FAST!
I have been here a couple times in the past month at night and each time it is 1 worker by themselves. The poor guy has a long drive through line AND uber eats orders coming through and NO HELP! The service was great especially considering he was alone but this review is for the Owner. PAY TO HAVE AT LEAST 2 PEOPLE AT THE STORE AND IF U ARE HAVING TROUBLE FINDING PEOPLE ITS BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT PAYING A LIVING WAGE!!
Just had the best dunkin experience @ this drive thru. The gentleman who was working was so kind and lively and he just made my night definitely recommend this place the coffee tasted great too and he made my coffee order look easy ☺️?
They finally renovated the place with their new TV screen menu, and I enjoy their bakery products and their drinks
