Staff is great. Everything is usually fresh.
So, I was going to buy a donut from Dunkin Donuts but didn't know much it cost, so I went to the store and asked how much it was. The employee said it was $1.59, so I went home and brought money. Since it was snowing, it took forever to get back. When I got to the store, the employee must've felt bad for me cause he literally gave me a donut and two EXTRA munchkins without charging ANYTHING. I will never forget this act of . oh yea and the donuts were great and the atmosphere was nice. 5/5

Perfect, got a Salted Caramel Cold Brew and it had lots of foam in it. Got it during the promotion so you save over a dollar for a medium.

The store is clean, the floor is large, there are parking spaces, and the units are very friendly, but the store manager is very arrogant! Even a cup of coffee asked for less ice, but I wanted to argue with the customer and said that this is Shaobing (a half cup of ice is called Shaobing), and finally I asked for cream and didn’t put it.
They always short change coffee & latte. You are basically paying full price for 7/8 of the drink. Check your drinks before you leave the store.
The person who seems like owner did take orders and serve the foods with no covering his mouth. Feel so terrible.
