They always look so frazzled and overworked. There is this one young young who I believe when he started worked was so kind and friendly, now poor kid looks so tired. There are a few other girls who are very nice as well-friendly service. Sometimes I get mistakes on my orders but that's fine. I'm VERY patient. The bagels when I ask for dark toasted it is barely toasted and always rubbery. The worst part is there is a man who works there with dirty fingernails?? clean your nails.

The worst and slowest service ever was in the drive thru for about 15 mins I swore it was like they only had 1 person but when I got to the window I've seen like 4 other people so I don't see why there was such a long wait and they never get the order right

Placed an Uber eats order and they delivered everything else but my half dozen donuts...reordered the donuts with some kpods and received the donuts but no kpods. This is like the 5th time I ordered from them and they forgot part of my order... whoever is fulfilling these online orders need to pay better attention... because I had to pay delivery fee and tip 2x when I could have just paid once
