Covid protocol did not follow The cashier collects CASH with the same gloved hands to grab donuts (without change gloves)and the donut trays were not coved All donuts were exposed in the open I will not purchase any donuts from DD any more unless changes are make to protect the public
My only issue about this great location is the outlets are loose. I had go out and spend money to put something in the outlet so my charger would stay in.
Open 24 hours. Happy they were open on Christmas eve sad the staff was away from there family
Brought a double scoop a small sugar cone on the side and was not given a spoon. How am I supposed to eat it with out a spoon. Do better.
The cashiers are acting very incompetent and treats the customers very bad. The cashiers don’t deserve to work at any jobs. Cashiers are also very wacky. I believe they're making excuses and lying to the customers about the bathroom telling them it's broken without posting it on the door. They're violating the law that the bathrooms must stay open. They should be Americanized. I gave the cashiers a big "F" ratings for bad reputation and service and don't deserve to work at all. I don't recommend anyone going to this location.
Service is always great. The whole place is clean except the bathroom.
It’s a quite busy location and for some reason there’s only one person working at 10 pm. The line was big and the only person working has to be at the register, take orders and make them himself. Staff member was absolutely great. It just that it took so much time just yo pay for ice cream.Also the ice cream cake fridge was empty. And what was left in there didn’t look very good
This place is a hit or miss. The employees are very rude, and they almost always mess up my order. It's like they're not listening to what I'm ordering or they don't care. I always have to wait extra long too
Staff is helpful and nice. One lady bought Ice cream for her daughter and the little girl drop the Ice cream on the floor and told the nice lady behind the counter and she gave that girl another Ice cream cone for free.
This is by far the worst Dunkin' I have had the unfortunate luck to have nearest me. All the staff have an angry/annoyed attitude, there are usually 4 people behind the counter but none of them are ever behind the register even while clients pile up waiting to be served. When they do get behind the register you have to repeat your order at least 2 times, I say Large iced coffee, the person at the register asks Medium, I say Boston Cream donut, they say Chocolate sprinkles. This has happened 10 out of the 12 times I have been in there. There is a man that works there who spends most of his time telling people "BATHROOM IS CLOSED" when customers come in to pick up their orders or get ice cream. I suppose I can not blame the staff too much for their behavior as they are reacting to how badly they may be getting treated by customers and their supervisors (I assume). If it was 1 or 2 staff members, I would not even bother leaving a review, but it is every single staff there that has this "I don't care, I want to be somewhere else" attitude. I now walk up to the 57th Avenue Dunkin' (when I have the time) to avoid this one. On a positive note, they at least make the coffee well.
