Older lady was yelling at me and my friends for throwing a brown paper bag in the trash can she demanded us to take it out and to take it with us inside but she yelled at us saying we couldn't throw it inside the store, after that she proceeded to follow us inside. We told her we understood even though it's stupid we took the trash back and walked inside when we were inside she kept yelling at us for the same thing even though we told her we understoof. After all the unnecessary comotion she literally took the brown bag and threw it away inside the building after she told us we couldn't.
Terrible service. Waited 15 minutes to just order 1 drink. Cashiers are so slow even though they clearly see you waiting to order and a long line. Don’t waste your time here.
Me and my boyfriend were watching a wrestling match and the lady was yelling at us for talking about it and kicked us out by using the 30 min seating rule. We left but as we were leaving, my boyfriend saw her give him a dirty look. It didn’t make sense that the lady said that considering we’ve been there for 1 1/2 hours and there was nobody in the store beside us and the employees, had there been other customers we would’ve understand. But there should be no excuse to yell at us an kick us out for talking to each other about a show as we did pay for the food. This was my first time walking to this dunkin and my last. Have a good day.
Terrible experience. I wanted to use the bathroom but they refused to let me use it because they cleaned it. They told me to wait 15 minutes but I waited way longer than that. They said the bathroom was unavailable because the floor was wet, but they were mopping the entire outside floor of the place while customers were ordering. One star because it won't let me give less than that.
Cool and nice workers, I go there at least once a week and I have a nice experience always :)
Omelet bite is way too small for almost $5.

Service with a smile. The sandwiches, pastry and tea was up to it's usual standard. Extra points for being open Christmas morning. Only drawback was one portion of my order was made incorrectly. Not serious enough to argue over on Christmas day. THANKS DUNKIN!!
