Staff are very friendly and more than happy to serve customer at request. I always have a very charm and nice coffee before going to work on the ramp at the airport. Excellent!!!
Very slow. I placed a small order inside the store . I was the only one in there and they took over 10 minutes. A couple came in and they made and completed their order after we came in. They were rude ontop of it this as well. Will not return to this dunkin.

Good food and quality service everytime. Just remember to stir people's coffee before you hand it to them at the drive thru. Not easy fo people to do while driving. Keep up the good work
Big selection of donuts and always have my cheddar bagel twist when most of them sell out early coffee always made the way I like it they listen when you ask for Pacific things in your coffee

Very convenient Dunkin Donuts right off Rockaway Turnpike. The staff is really nice. The only draw back is that the lines are long and in person ordering takes time to fulfill. I would advise ordering ahead on the Dunkin Donuts app and just walk in and pick up the order. It will be much faster.
I usually don’t bother writing reviews (good or bad) but terrible location. Not clean. Staff is nasty. I purchased a coffee and doughnut. Then asked for my 5yr old son to use the bathroom and they told me no. I begged with them saying it’s not for me and it’s for my 5yr old who really had to go! They didn’t care and were nasty. Will never go to this location again.
