It took them almost 2 months to refund my bank for food that I returned because order was incomplete.I contacted the Better Business Bureau and complained about the manager’s unethical behavior for billing and not refunding my account on time. The lost a customer and I am doing my best to discredit this business.

Don Alex is absolutely the best Peruvian food I have ever experienced. Any of there locations are prepared to perfection. Service is best to none. Price point is on target. See you next week.
I ordered food to be delivered to my house, 30 minutes later I got a call saying that they don’t come to this area, when the lady on the phone had told me that they do come to the area where I live. I had my kids waiting for the food. Lack of professionalism.

The worst! They had me waiting for so long. Once they had a table available. I sat down and I still had to wait for about 7 mins for the waitress to take my order
