Nice lounge, a bit of a wait to get in during peak hours but once inside service was great. Had grab and go snacks; coffee; food bar; and even hot dogs. Fun experience.

The food is great. They have salmon, shrimp, chicken, pie, and two flavors of soup. They also have a drink bar with lots of liquor selections. The skydeck is a great place to get some fresh air.And the shower is awesome! Now talk about cons- too crowded! Only one soda machine (why being so cheap and not install a second one?)I also see a fly in the buffet area- cleanliness could be improved.

Nice Lounge to enjoy/relax while waiting to depart your flight from JFK terminal 4. I found it clean, nice designed, comfortable with plenty of seating to unwind, eat or recharge your electronic devices.I was nicely surprised with the variety of food options available. All pretty tasty! My only complaint was that it did seem a bit crowded, even though it wasn’t a busy day at JFK and it wasn’t during peak times. Definitely check it out if you have Sky lounge access.

Enormous Sky Club in JFK Terminal 4. Automated check-in, which I prefer - keeps the crowds moving … and there will be crowds! Given the elongated shape of JFK T4, the new Centurion lounge is too far away from the gates (it’s just past TSA) to divert away any meaningful amount of crowds from this lounge. It has the seating capacity to handle its crowds but not the food capacity, so if you’re here during dinner hours on a travel weekday (e.g., Thursday night), be prepared to stand in a long line for food - and it might run out by the time you get to the front anyway. If you do get to the food, it’s generally pretty good. Centurion lounge food will almost certainly be better, but is it worth the 10 min hike squirming through waves of people? If you’re in T4 when it’s relatively quiet, this is an excellent lounge. It also has a outdoor “Sky Deck”, so check that out when it’s warm and nice outside. Otherwise, it’s an alright experience to kill off a few pre-flight hours.

Space, food and service was excellent. Agent interactions sadly were a little less than friendly.

A good lounge at JFK Airport (Terminal 4) has a lot of options for beverages, food, including vegan. Comfortable seats, big salons, very clean restrooms.

Another Delta sky club. This JFK location quite big however less personal touch. Everything from check in to drinks are automated. They need more human touch. This lounge just look like another corporate or office lobby. The lounge is very noisy like new York street and there is no coke zero machine only on the bar at this location. Which is weird cause they have the machine it at other sky lounge location. Food wise they are adequate. Not enough healthy food options for low carb or keto or diabetic friendly. Another weird stuff they are serving STALE pretzels. already stale Even tough Amrican express lounge is smaller, they are more comfy and personable than this Delta sky lounge.

Great place to relax and eat/drink. Plenty of comfortable seating and charging stations. Very clean restrooms.

Very spacious, clean and great view of airport. Food was pretty good too

If you frequent JFK on Delta Airlines, this is a terrific facility to relax, fill up your stomach, freshen up, or plane-spot before and after your flight. Although the food offering was nothing too exciting, it definitely gets the job done. While there are many other lounges such as the Amex Centurion Lounge for departures, it is rare to have access upon landing and this lounge definitely serves this use case very well!Downsides: Showers still closed due to "pandemic". Sky Deck was unfortunately also closed.
