The food is great, the service not so much. If you plan on ordering for pick up, plan to pay first or then won't make your order. They don't tell you this instead they prefer to inconvenience their customer's and waste their time. This has happened several times and it's very inconvenient.

Ordered 2 of the chaufa with beef and I said with beef twice, then the person on the phone said with beef? And I said yes. I also got a rotisserie chicken. At the end of the order it was repeated to me, 2 chaufa with beef and one rotisserie chicken. Got the delivery with 2 wrong chaufa with chicken and one rotisserie chicken idk how much clearer I could be. The chaufa tastes very good but the prices are also very high, the portion is underwhelming. 2 chaufa (basically fried rice) and one rotisserie chicken was almost $60. The delivery guy called me and when i answered to ask if he is buzzing downstairs he hung up the phone on me and came up with an attitude. As a local customer I'm sorry to say I will not return.

Food is great, good delivery service. Only complaint is that it wasn’t as expensive as it is now. Over 50 dollars for two plates and two cans of soda? We’re definitely not going to be ordering from here as frequently as we used to. ?

Worst customer service they give you a 40 min wait time for pick up and when u arrive they make you wait even longer. Food always take longer than usual when dining in. They also force you to pay over phone with your card which is really sketchy I use love coming here but after the pandemic this place is not same, save your self the money and go else where for Peruvian food.

Service is beyond mediocre. It was my first time there and we landed there by accident. We arrived at 10:20 and the bartender which seemed to be new and training (she was nice) but wasn’t professional enough. The person that made our experience horrible was the other person who was training her, idk if she was manager, server or bartender but she seemed to be the one in charge. We tried asking the bartender what she recommended us and didnt know what to say so she was making ordering longer and longer for then the other girl say out loud “kitchen is closed, nothing fried can be served” and we were STARVING. We went to another place before that where they genuinely said “kitchen will close soon” so we walked out. But here at this spot, THEY RUSHED US OUT AND EVEN ASKED US TO TAKE OUR FOOD TO GO. I got mad and said, no, I want to enjoy my meal here. The lady that was in charge turned everything off and put the chairs up in the bar WHILE WE WERE STILL EATING. Not satisfied with this, she turned off the music and I could hear myself chewing my own food and I still had my drink, over half full. I’ve never ate a meal so upset till I came to this place. The service was disgusting and I only left tip because I am also a bartender but other than that, THEY DO NOT DESERVE NEW COSTUMERS. SERVICE IS BAD and according to all the other comments, we seem to be complaining about the same lady. If Cuzco Peru wanted new customers, they should treat everybody good and if you guys are in a rush to close, they should not serve after a certain time or at least communicate the people that the place will close soon so we dont have high expectations to only walk out very upset. This could’ve been our next favorite spot, but no, the bartender made sure we never come back.

Food is mediocre, service is usually slow and terrible. Called 5 times tonight to place a pick up and no answer at all. Give your money to other businesses that know how to operate.

Clean place ,food was delicious yes I would go back there, was not bad at all .

Food was good, I ordered the Tallarines verdes but the pasta had a lot of oil in it, I couldn’t even eat half of it, sorry I just had to throw it out

Good Peruvian food, beautiful restaurant, not too spicy, ok prices, friendly service.

The best chicken soup. Nice and fresh.
