I walked in here on a cold February day to escape the elements and continue a first date I was on. We were met with incredibly kind service, great drinks, and phenomenal wings. We sat for hours talking and when I needed to make a move and play a song, the bar tender was kind enough to let me play it.A year and a half later, my now fiancé and I poetically walked in for our engagement party where we were again greeted by an incredibly accommodating manager, friendly and generous owner, and and overall lovely neighborhood experience.I will be coming to this homey bar on the corner for as long as they exist. They are now an integral part of my story and they helped make dreams a reality.I highly recommend it if you're looking for a place to relax, drink, watch a game, play pool or hold a life changing event. If not for the good drinks and environment, do it for the incredible staff that makes you feel like you can finally just relax in Cozy Corner
Great neighbourhood spot offering locals everything from breakfast to beers to free pizza. The outdoor seating is well set up to be enjoyed all year round and there's always a good vibe.
Really adorable local bar. Definitely need to bring a group one day and try that pizza!
We held my daughter's co-ed baby shower here a Sunday afternoon in May. It was supposed to be outdoors, but due to a rainstorm we moved it inside. The staff could not have been more helpful or kind! They allowed us to put up cheesy decorations and helped us set up with a cake we brought in.The drinks and bar food was enjoyed by all, and when the owner arrived during the festivities, he gave us all a free round of drinks. Imagine that!!! We must have been around 25 people. We had a great time and truly appreciated the generosity and ambience.Do yourselves a favor and go to Cosy Corner!
Attentive staff, good vibes, the seats are so comfortable. Also, the pizza with a drink is such a great idea. And the pizza is awesome. Cozy is a great word for this place. I'm glad my boyfriend introduced me to it!
This is one of the best bars in Ridgewood! Food, drinks, and service are always on point. They have tons of outdoor space that’s well heated during the winter. Every drink comes with a free slice of pizza which is always delicious :) I highly recommend Cozy Corner to Ridgewood locals and visitors alike!
Really good drinks and their pizza is delicious! I got the spiked lemonade, and my boyfriend got the gin fizzy drink and both were great!
Love this bar! So happy they brought back the pool table and more games!
Would be nice if the whole block wasn’t forced to listen to your music till 3am. I get it, business owners only care about money these days but there are ways to do business without being this disrespectful towards dozens of people residing on the same street as your bar. And just FYI, NYC noise code allows for not more that 42 decibels when measured from inside the apartments, and it’s over 55-60 dB. I could understand if you were on Myrtle or any other central street, but it’s not exactly “party” part of the neighborhood, and your music is being EXTREMELY LOUD! Hope, you can pretend you care and do something about it. Thank you.
