P place is New York!!! it's in Queens and from the moment you arrive you get that classic New York feel.Someone greets you at the door or they see you at a table it's super charming.Many restaurants have lost their New York charm but this place holds onto it. The food is spectacular from first bite to desert there was nothing we didn't love it was as if someone's grandmother was in the kitchen cooking it with love.EVEN THE BATHROOMS WERE CLEAN!!!Can't wait to go back!
Wow, food here is excellent and it's nice to try dishes that are Southern inspired, as I usually only dine in Northern style Italian restaurants. Service is friendly and attentive. Areas are cozy! Have not been disappointed and plan on being a regular here. The only thing I would suggest to the owner is warmer bread - other than that 5/5!
Since my son will be graduating next month from Suny Maritime I was looking for a place for family to get together for after the ceremony and since it was my birthday I went to check it out. I came upon Concettina through reviews. It was excellent!! The calamari and zucchini was fresh. I had the spinach gnocchi with gorgonzola and it melted in your mouth. It was freshly made, very light. Dessert was the limencello icecream. Excellent!Will definitely bring the family back next month.
I've been eating at this restaurant so frequently lately, you could say I am addicted. As they say, variety is the spice of life, so I like to switch it up and often try a different dish. Each time I am amazed by how fresh and flavorful each dish is. My friends agree all of the food is delicious, and no matter how full I am I can't help but get dessert (tiramisu and panna cotta is my fave). The outdoor seating area is heated and very cozy! You won't be disappointed.
Everything was great!! Food, atmosphere and Alberto and Mary Alice make you feel so welcomed! Can’t wait to try the outdoor dining!

Concettina is the BEST Authentic Italian restaurant in all of New York!!!! I have never in my life tasted food as good as this! Every bight enriched my pallet with flavors you only dream about! I have lived in New York for 10 years and have dined in some of the top restaurants! This is far more superior then anything else I have eaten. Alberto the owner and chef is a fantastic restauranteur and a wonderful host! Sharing his love for Italian food past down to him from his mother made me feel right at home with him in Italy! The stories and the food will stay with me forever! I can’t wait to go back and bring my friends and family!!! Take it from me, you have to go to this restaurant! You will love it!!!

This is one of those places Gordon Ramsey would spit his food back on the plate and tell them he wouldn't feed it to his dog.The prices are ridiculously high for a reason. Nobody ever goes back.
Everything was delicious from salad fresh pasta and the gnocchi in goat cheese sauce was amazing
