This is one of my favorite Coldstone location. They are very neat and clean. The workers are really nice along with their fast and friendly service towards the customers. Definitely recommend for everyone to try out this place. Especially their mother's day and every other occasions specials are highly recommended to try out. It's Worth trying! ?
The ice cream is great. They have a worker who needs to wear her mask.? We watched her rub her nose several times while assisting a customer. It was gross.
I get my daughter’s Birthday cakes from here every year and they never disappoint . The caker Amy is so sweet and always makes my cakes just how I want them thank you Amy for always making my daughter happy in her birthday
Bad service , we were the only ones at the time , after ordering our ice cream someone else came for pick up, they left me and my kids waiting. The store got crowded the other employee took care of everyone else while my kids are waiting, the employee came out and said People give me 5 minutes ? why I had to wait when I was the 1st one on the line . Their customers service were horrible. Now my kids crying for ice cream.
I'm convinced this location does not know how to make icecream cakes properly.... Once ordered a custom cake. I expected an Oreo Icecream cake. My order was "yellow cake" with "sweetcream icecream with oreo, chocolate chips and fudge mix ins" They literally put a layer of plain sweet cream icecream, a layer of fudge, a layer of chocolate chips, a layer of oreos and the yellow cake. I wanted this with chocolate ganache, instead got frosting. I wish i had a picture. Unreal.
i paid for 1 small oreo icecream and 1 small strawberry malt, ended up being 20 bucks! you people are so snobby to charge 20 dollars for small things like that, and I was served unproper. some workers felt entitled to not wear masks or gloves to handle my order, and was touching stuff up in a nasty manner.,
I ordered a coffee flavor ice cream from the website for delivery, and they give me cinnamon instead without telling me. I then go in the store the next day and am told the coffee flavor is melted and they cant give it to me. So I guess thats why they gave me the cinnamon. Long story short they could've just told me they didn't have my flavor and refunded me instead of surprising me with a different flavor.
They sell you melted ice cream!For whatever reason the ice cream at this location doesn't stay frozen, but instead of telling you there is a problem with the freezer they just make the ice cream you ask for and sell you this soupy concoction they've created. Very disappointing!
Located on an busy inconvenient street & entirely cramped on the inside. On a summer day the line easily extends outside the door. Nonetheless in the summer the ice cream is melted. Not sure if it’s due to poor ventilation or what but I avoid this location for that reason. In the winter it’s decent.
