Ice cream is pretty good, but the guy who served up had his hands all over my cone with no gloves. . When I asked him about it, he told me they’re not required to wear gloves and that he washes his hands all the time as he proceeded to carelessly place his hands on the counter, grab my cash, then help the next customer. Safe to say I did not feel comfortable eating the cone and dumped it ? ?
Worst service ive ever experienced at a cold stone . Slowest location ever and everyone ignores when you complain about them playing around instead of taking orders ! Throwing toppings at each other instead of taking orders when the store is full
Gotta say this is one my favorite cold stone locations. The employees here are attentive and friendly. I even ordered through DoorDash a few times and once I order a cake they actually took their time to call me and asked me if I wanted any writing description added to the the cake. I thought this was such a good customer service experience for them to go out of their way and call me up. Another time they called to let me know the cake I wanted was out of stock. I’ve placed orders at other stores and they just refund/cancel me. You can tell the employees like doing their job here!
I love cold stone ice cream, and this is why I feel so disappointed ? I order an Uber eats and this is what I get, I am not sure if it was the location or the driver but this is outrageous
Great location. Amazing staff. I give them 10 ? Anyone that complains about this location is clearly bitter and have nothing to do with themselves and looking for attention.
Today I went shopping around stopped for Ice-cream Sofiya was great!!! She made my Ice Cream in a cup the way I love it. She had a great smile and wished me a good day. Wish all mall experiences were like this . Ice cream was delicious ?

I wish I read the reviews first. This place is the worst! The ice cream was melted and the service was horrible. I hope this is a franchise, because if it's company owned they need to retrain the staff immediately! It was the first and last time I will ever go to this cold stone.
Rude staff and do not cover their face while preparing your ice cream. No coming back
