Went in a little less than an hour before closing and waited for about 10 mins and the girl behind the counter only took one persons order. The other guy focused on scooping ice cream for online orders without even glancing at customers in the room or the delivery guy trying to get his attention politely to ask about his order. It was also not clear where the line was because delivery guys were standing around everywhere, so someone came in and was served before me. I just left because of how cold the staff seemed to the customers (pun intended). I get that it was less than an hour before closing but I didn’t want to wait in there all night either
The two kids currently working there at 1823 have a horrible and nasty attitude problem especially the young lady that was serving today at 1800pm . They do not know what customer service is and are extremely cheap with the toppings . I have never had this experience at any other cold stone . Save your self the stress and just go to the Howard beach location . They know how to treat customers and are not cheap with the toppings. They seemed like they they really hate their jobs, if you don’t want to be there get another job. Honestly based on other reviews these workers are ruining the store , just fire them so many other teenagers that would kill to have a job .
Today 5/7/22 I went in around 9pm with my girlfriend. A Hispanic decent girl was working with an African American young girl and they did not seem to care for any of the customers. Had a really nasty attitude I’d say, and the Hispanic girl completely ignored us when we walked in. No one was in the store but us for us to be ignored. If it was a online order, she could’ve simply said “we’ll be right with you.” But we were completely ignored as if we were ghosts. And then they only gave us 1 spoon so I helped myself and was told next time to ask. Well maybe I would’ve if they actually took their job a little more serious. I get it, it’s cold stone and they’re probably just their for there money. But being courteous goes along way in the future, and they had none of that.
I ordered online and everything did not go well with my order. Not coming back on this location ???
Never go here. Ordered a cake, they canceled, and I never received a refund. No one from the store has picked up any of my calls for the past month now. This location absolutely sucks. Do not go here and do not order anything from here!
Server was completely rude. Didn't know what a milkshake was. I have ordered from here several times before yet today they didn't even know what a milkshake was? Listen if they didn't want to make it just say that. That's more understandable than saying you don't know what that is.
The people that is working here is so rude with the costumers and I understand they got busy but one of the guys is just so rude with everybody, it’s supposed to be a place to get a nice ice creams and good creations but they are just mad for no reason, I think they need to improve the costumer service, one of the guys at the end was little nice with my family but the one that was first he was just so rude. He needs to change his actitud.
Good service, but the establishment had the door open and it was uncomfortably hot.

It’s ice cream so it’s always the best excuse to put on your big boy pants and make the trek to go get some ? call me fancy-pancy but I love Cold Stone more than BR or Carvel. I only go to BR for the ice cream cakes. If I just want to be fat alone, a “gotta have it” for 1 is ? ? convenient location, outside so You can’t miss it and you can always walk off the extra calories up in Target while you window shop ?? ??
