Very good shaved ice desserts, which were large and great for sharing. Also, very good seating for a large group, specifically the library area, but also lots of outdoor seating available. Great place for dessert after eating in one of the many local restaurants.

The best latte I had this year! The food was very authentic. Strongly recommend this place.

After a purchase.."Can I trouble you for a fork?""No, we don't provide that here.""How about a spoon?""No."From a place that sells sweets and things that require use of utensils. ?‍♂️

This place has become a staple in the neighborhood. Its quaint with plenty seating with one of the best coffees in flushing. Never seen a place so diverse in age range. They got the fan favorites: coffee, shaved ice, bite sized snacks.

Came here for their famed green tea shaved ice bowl. It’s literally right by the LIRR stop so it’s convenient in that way. Their shaved ice was good, nothing exceptional, but it was unique and I haven’t seen anything like it in the city so far. The bowl was big though, there were two of us and it was kind of a struggle trying to finish it haha

This is officially my new coffee spot. It's worth the drive over the bridge. Legitimately. Great service. Outstanding coffee. Great seating options indoor and outdoor. The snacks are slamming. Seriously, if you're reading this because you're thinking about going - just go. Get a iced caramel macchiato. Live a little. Use oat milk because almond milk is terrible for the environment. Sit. Chat. Give yourself a break.

Coffee is ok. The place is nice and a books for the korean readers.. bathroom is clean

I was visiting family in Flushing and had to find a cafe where I could get some work done - luckily was able to find Coffee Factory 5 minutes from my uncle's place. Service is fast, prices are good, and there is a separate "library/study section" in the back where you can get work done in a quite environment! Will go back whenever I am in the area next!

Nothing special about this overhyped bing su. Everything tasted processed and not made on the house except for the ice from their ice machine. You can literally make this yourself at home. Matcha ice cream was missing. Not worth the price. They sell ice cream and pastry but they all looked sadge af. Would not go back due to disappointment. Neightborhood was nice tho.

this place is not hygienic i was the staff us the same spoon to make my drink and someone else's. The casher was wearing a mask and the one handing the food was wearing no mask and talking all over the food she prepared. after making my drink she wipe her hands on the side of her pants then rubbed her nose cause it was itching. disgusting. the manager do not care they are very hostile and he thinks he own the streets next to the train station. I refuse to go there again or to tell anyone about this place. Do not eat there.
