Noodles Taiwanese Chinese

Chimama has been coming up in my search multiple times, and I finally got the chance to try it when a friend suggested we eat there! You order at the counter and pay right there (cash only), someone will bring out your order to your table, and after you finish you’re responsible for putting away the dishes/scraps in the respective bins. Be prepared for a wait on weekends in the afternoon, especially if you have a large party.Of course I had to order the Taiwanese Beef Noodle soup - soup was so flavorful, beef was falling apart tender, and the noodles were oh so chewy. It was a hot day and I originally ordered the Dan Dan noodles (not my fave, but also not what I was expecting) because it’s dry/soupless - but after trying a sip of my hubby’s beef noodle soup I made him switch with me.Other MUST orders (if you’re hungry/can eat more after a huge bowl of soup) are milk tea and popcorn chicken. The chicken are super crispy outside and sooo juicy/tender inside. Milk tea - perfectly sweet and tasty/refreshing way to cool down after a hot bowl of soup (and popcorn chicken).

Very very yummy ?. The chicken was perfectly salty and crispy. So many stomach filling options. The environment was peaceful and very pleasant to the eyes. The hand very old yet cool pictures on the walls.

The service was super good, I don't know his name, but he was very polite. When I accidentally spilled my milk tea on the table today, the first thing he said was asking"If i got spilled on myself".He’s really nice guy. Also the food is delicious!!! Definitely come back again.

This restaurant knows it's clientele and how to please the local demographics. The place is a simple, clean, order at the counter and the staff will bring the food to you. Not more than 10 tables with a full occupancy of about 25 people max. Almost has the format of a fast food place but with bowls, plates & chopsticks. You clean up your finished plates and utensils like a Panera. What sets apart this noodle house (they serve rice dishes too!) is the quality in the ingredients. Their food is expertly prepared, seasoned well and put together so beautifully. Looks so appetizing that you want to try everything on the menu. Generous portions make good value, nice price point at this restaurant as everything is so tasty and feeds everyone happily, yum! Happy Eating and I'll see you around the tables!

I had option N5 as soup and it was very fresh and light. We also had an extra of wood ear mushrooms. Very reasonably priced for fairly high quality. I only wish there were more vegetarian options for the noodle dishes. One thing to note is that the restaurant is self service, meaning you pick up your own utensils and beverages, and bus your plates at the end of the meal.

Yummy thanks ?It also has parking spots outside.

Great place to get Taiwanese food, porkbelly is the best.

solid Taiwanese food at a decent price, not cheap but not that expensive.

Very nice atmosphere, relaxed. Delicious Taiwanese cuisine (reminded my boyfriend of meals his grandparents and parents cooked and enjoy). Flavorful and fresh taste. Enjoyed the entire meal. Reasonable prices. It's self service so you clean up after you're finished. Cash only
