When me and my friend came inside no one acknowledge us it was two waitress in the front just completely ignoring that there’s customers standing there , I then proceeded to say excuse and eventually got help to a booth. Waitress was rude , we had no utensils She also forgot our guacamole forgot our drinks .we had to tell three different people aside from our waitress what we needed. Customer service is horrible here but the food is a 7
Horrible service!!!!! Server was not professional at all.The only time that I saw her was when she took our order. I ordered Margarita and it was the worse drink that I ever tasted.Server didn't even approach our table to ask if everything was OK.I had To ask another Server for c a coke.When our Server approach our table I asked for the bill and boxes to pack our leftovers.Server decided to to have conversation with customers at the next table, I finally got up and got my own box and bag.My son paid the bill and she is lucky that she got a $5:tip. If I were paying she would get nothing.I will never come here ever again.
Let me start by saying that I've been to understaffed restaurants and still had better experiences than at this one.We ordered their dinner for 2 and an order of chips and salsa. The chips and salsa never arrived. When we got our salads I asked about them and was told that they would be out shortly.Then, minutes after we got our salads our entrees arrived (still no chips). The server asked if we wanted to send them back. When I asked him if they would just be put under the hot lamp, he said yes. We decided not to send them back.Our waitress obviously had too many tables and was curt. Not rude, just short.As for the food, my wife's fajitas were decent but my mango chili chicken breast was miniscule. Not even half a breast.We're not going back.
The servings were too small, the triple dipper appetizer was a larger serving for one person and scant for two. There were 3 small chicken strips, definitely should have been at least 4. The burgers were tasty but the metal baskets were hot, and the food was only warm. However, the fries were steaming and delicious even though there could have been a few more. The pasta was a good serving size however the plate for the pasta dish was very hot but the pasta wasn't. I also have to say our waitress was wonderful, nice and attentive. We would go back just for the service but I think I would stick to burgers and order loaded fries to share on top of it.
I have no idea what the food at this location is like, because I never received my order.Be careful ordering delivery through their website-- it might be better to just go through Doordash. They assured me twice that an order had been cancelled. I was left with a $26 charge on my card. I contacted them a few times with no results. Over a week later, I finally got fed up and disputed the charge with my bank. I had the statements and recorded phone calls (started recording them the moment I realized it was gonna be an issue).Save your money and time and eat somewhere else.
We celebrate my son’s birthday here.. we asked for a lighter for his candle. Server said he doesn’t have one and that we cant light up a candle because of fire hazards?!!! First time in years of celebrating birthdays in restaurants i heard of that.. Then we finished we saw employees smoking outside. He don't have a lighter but i guess its too much for him to ask around who have one? Not coming back here. You get what you paid for. Service is awful.
This was my first visit post covid and it was disappointing. You can only see that they're open when you get right to the doors (as we walked out I noticed that they hung a little cheesy hand written sign stating "WE ARE OPEN") and notice the few people that were at tables. After we sat down, we overheard that they were out of Jack Daniels, which is my friend's drink of choice. When taking our drink orders he confirmed it and also mentioned that they didn't have a real bartender that night, huh? So the person making our weak margheritas was a hack! AND the margheritas that my friends ordered came with a 2 drink max, because they were so "strong", what a joke. As the time came close for our movie to start, I ordered some fries just to put something in my stomach other than the EXTREMELY salty chips that came with our cheese dip. Twenty minutes passed and no fries. Thank goodness we were able to pay from the table because if I saw the waiter again he might not have liked what I had to say to him. The pandemic hit them hard, I won't be going back there again.
First, don't forget your vaccination proof, either on the record card or online v-safe. Now, I choose this Chili's because of the free WiFi network, but they require too much information. The place is clean, tidy, the staff is welcoming and usually busy running back and forth, the area is dimly lit, nice size bar with plenty of dining space. The food is delicious, but the AC is a little high; still, I could only surmise they need the airflow since there were no open windows.I look forward to going back to have my fill and then more.
The nachos were horrible and you can clearly see in these photos that the wood board and cup of mush were dirty. We were very disappointed.
