I work in the mall, second time ordering from here and there were a couple of hairs in my sandwich.
Have been there a number of times and everything is made to order and made quickly and very good. Very good service and food packed nicely.
Pay extra for everything but the amount is like less. Steak was over cooked dry. stingy for the price plus gained so much from their food
My first time visiting Charley's. I had their version of Philly Cheesesteak sandwich, Cheese Fries and fountain soda. I liked that they put sliced pickles and sweet peppers and sliced the sandwich in half. The taste and portions were fulfilling, not overwhelmingly salty or fatty. I would buy and eat at the restricted food court (proof of vaccinations and ID required). ADA accessible and restrooms available throughout QCM.
They are literally the slowest works and they take to long for one order.

First time trying Charley’s Cheesesteaks and I have to say that I’m very impressed. I would definitely go back here again whenever I’m in the area.
