Me and my best friend came after work to have some drinks and have fun. They played “Music bingo” and wish I could take a picture mostly were white and guess who they forgot to give it to ? 2 latinas girls smhWowww one of my favorite places is trash now ! The music is horrible this was supposed to be a Mexican place and the music is completely wackkkk!!!!! This was supposed to be Mexican not once they played Spanish music so disappointed

We celebrated our daughter's engagement at Chano's. Chano, Alex and Genesis made sure we had the perfect afternoon. The food was delicious, the margarita's were amazing and the staff was extremely accommodating. There were plenty of gluten free options. We look forward to going back soon again. We will never forget the afternoon! Thank you Chanos!

I wish there was an option for NO stars. We visited on 4/30/22 and just before we ordered food, a rat was spotted running around in the restaurant! At no point did the manager even come out.Just gross all around! That was my first and last time there!

I was in the neighborhood and looking for a burrito. I googled and found this place with good reviews. The Google menu for the restaurant stated that burritos or burrito bowls were $10 for lunch. I almost ordered it delivered to where I was, but opted to take a walk over. Nice cafe, reasonably attractive spot. And I placed the order.A couple of minutes later I try to pay and I get a credit card invoice for $17. I ask what that's about as their menu States. They say that's not accurate. Not accurate? This isn't some all-menus or fringe food website. This menu was on Google!!!In fact it was attached to their 175 good reviews, which I'm sure they're very happy to have. But they don't bother updating their Google menu?Okay I understand, no problem, right? But then the manager refuses to make any accommodation, again, ok. But the final straw that was NOT okay, they turn and blame me for not reading their menu when I came to the shop.Lovely treatment they give a customer, for their very own mistake of not taking care of their own business.I gather their food is good based on the other reviews. But there are just too many restaurants with good food and good staff / management to overspend in this little place.

The food was okaish…the veggies were not properly chopped. The lemonade was extremely sour even after we asked to sweeten it. The staff was unaware about the ingredients inside the food we asked for. We had hoped for a better experience.

Todo muy bien puedes pasar un rato muy agradable con amigos o con familia y muy tranquilo la comida muy rica y el personal muy agradable

I’ve been to Chanos multiple times in the past two years. 2 margaritas would get a good buzz going. Today, my husband and I had one drink and felt like it had no alcohol in it. When we ordered our second drink I watched the bartender and he did not put any alcohol in our drinks. I confronted the waiter on this, who then went up to the bartender. The bartender sent us two shots after we caught him not putting any alcohol. How many people are they doing this to? I was a loyal customer but I will not be back. What once was a great spot to get food and drinks, is now a total scam.

The reason for these 3 stars is because the food was delicious, the service was great the portions were a good size and the drinks were good as well.I did take off one star only because the décor is lacking. It looks like a place that I would not choose to dine in but I decided to give it a chance because of the reviews about the great food.I got there with one friend and we ordered an appetizer of guacamole with chips and margaritas from the happy hour menu. The guacamole was fresh had great flavor the chips were freshly made they were hot and crispy and the guacamole was a very good portion considering so many other places give tiny portions of guacamole. When our other friend arrived we proceeded to order a few dishes to share because that's what we normally do when we go out as a group. We got steak fajitas, 3 shrimp tacos, and the order of 3 chicken flautas. The steak fajitas came with a side of yellow rice and black beans.I was a astounded by the portion size of the steak fajitas because usually when you order fajitas from anywhere you usually get a bunch of onions and peppers with a few sprinkles of whatever protein of your choice. This was not the case at this place there was an abundance of steak sizzling on the plate the green peppers and onions caramelized very nicely and it was very flavorful The steak was tender and not dry at all. I also liked that the beans were black beans instead of the refried beans one usually gets at Mexican restaurants. The flautas were hot, crisp and the chicken inside was a good texture, not overly dry or mushy like can be the case at other places. It came with a Chipotle aioli drizzled on top. The same for the shrimp tacos. The shrimp were cooked to perfection those too were also drizzled with the same aioli sauce and a really good cabbage slaw for crunch. My only complaint is that they don't offer salsa verde on the side and the tortillas did not seem house made at all. You could tell that were taken out of the package and heated. Not a major big deal since everything else was so good. But that also contributes to my one less star.I'd go back!
