Tried to surprise my partner with an all vanilla icecream cake from Carvel. I called a 3 weeks in advance about ordering a cake. They told me I can order it 4 days before the 20th of May. I come on the 16th to order it then someone else tells me it has to be at least a week prior to order a cake. So I ask are the cakes you have pre made vanilla I cream only? They tell me all of them are. I come back on the 20th to purchase a cake and a new person says we don’t sell vanilla we only sell chocolate and vanilla. Ya’ll need to get it together. I have no cake for my partners b day and all of this could of been avoided with the right information. Never coming here again.
If I can give 0 stars to this venue I would and I hope the OWNER glances at this to see what sort of employees they hire! LAZY employees shutting down at 9:19 pm? When the signs indicate at 10 pm Wouldn't even want to assist me a scoop of cookies and cream. That only takes less then 10 seconds to serve and probably could go back to her breaking down and cleaning (light skin girl with glasses) didn't even want to bother helping me.
Carvel has been a staple in the neighborhood since I was a kid 1992. This place has been standing here for a long time. parking available. And customer service is quick and attentive. Had the passion fruit sherbet on my last visit it was on point.
I asked for my cake a certain way and they didn’t do it. Then on top of that it was missing the sprinkles all around the cake and they wrote my daughters name wrong. The receipt had all the instructions and they did not follow them.
You can get all flavors of ice cream and great ice cream cakes. Parking available.
BEST carvel in the game. Awesome customer service and their Ice cream is BOMB. I'm gonna tip this place next time I go! They always give me extra sprinkles. My go to for ice cream or desert.
The young lady made me the best large black and white shake I've ever had there.as if I got back there and made myself.i asked for Xtra ch syrup and she did it perfect and it was nice and thick. I tipped her nice because she's real good at her job.
Oh my goodness guess I won't be going there anymore, Ice Cream isn't what it used to be and to add insult to injury they charged me a fee for allowing me to use my debit card, are you kidding me...

They're good I just dont have that young gun sweet tooth like I used too when I was a kid...THIS MAKES EVERYONE SMILE.
