very good ice cream but on multiple occasions i have come here at 9:30 and they have been closed lights off when they say thwy close at 10
good service but none of the employees were wearing gloves and i didnt see a box of gloves anywhere in sight. during a pandemic too???
Unfortunately, I will give this Carvel 2 ** Not because the ice cream is bad BUT because there very rude people, not people-friendly.
This Carvel is a franchise and the owner is usually in the shop which we love. Carvel ice cream with mom and pop service! We recently ordered an icecream cake with a digital image that we supplied and it turned out beautifully. The owner was able to get it to us on short notice and was very good about making sure every detail was exactly as we wanted it.

Customer service could have been so much better if the person behind the counter smiled like he was glad to have people despite the weather & if he wasn't stingy on the scoops & toppings.

Rude establishment! I was served by an older gray-haired woman. She never greeted me, and then raised her voice at me when I inquired about the different soft serve options. Nasty person! I went with the Churro flavor, which was tasty, but the toppings were old! Frugal servings too! Avoid!!
