I frequently come here it’s close to my house and my family loves ice cream it’s a good local place for a sweet treat
I think their fridge by the front counter needs some maintenance since some of the Ice cream had melted and then refroze.
The place is small but very good.
Very bad customer service. Treated us like we are not supposed to go there. We ordered 3 ice creams. Ice creams are here very old and date expired i think. Tasted like been sitting there for few years. Will not recommend someone to go there. Very upset with the experience.
Love this place! The staff is friendly and never gets my (complicated) orders wrong. They follow all current safety standards, the place is always clean, and its a nice atmosphere. I highly recommend this Carvel!
Went to this location just now for sundae- 11/4/2020 at 2:50pm (so the owner can see who is on duty this time). The guy is very nice,and came in the older mean woman from the kitchen. I went near the cash register and as I was taking cash out of my wallet,this woman was screaming- EXCUSE ME EXCUSE ME! MOVE OUT OF THERE! as if she is talking to a servant that she pays when she talked to me. I was in shock with her antics, like as if I committed a crime. The nice gentleman apologize to me,but i will never be coming back to this location ever again. Not spending my hard earned money and be treated with such disrespect.

7-20-2020. Extremely disappointed! I went into the ice cream shop after waiting in line for a carvelanche ice cream. It was 9:30 and they were already picking everything so they told me they didn’t have the ice cream available because it was already packed up. Super disappointing to hear that especially since I’ve been waiting in line. The shop closes at 10 at least start cleaning but not put everything away.
The girls in there were very nice loved my ice cream came all the way from Brooklyn to get ice cream
